I have had Dr Hearon as my dentist for at least 30 years .He is very conservative and only performs dentistry.as needed . He has excellent ethics and takes pride in his performance . My husband is a client also and has been referred out to see a specialist if needed but he has also more issues with his teeth than I do . Everyone in that office is upbeat and their customer service is superb.

Dr. Hearon and team are amazing. Not only are they kind and compassionate with their patients, they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to squeeze me in before a trip when I cracked my tooth just days before leaving during a busy time of the year and did a great job fixing it. Thank you all so much, I appreciate it!

His dad was my dentist for 10 years and he has been my dentist for 20 years and I usually get to choose my hygienist. Not really, they are all good!

Perfection! Friendly atmosphere and staff. Efficient and up on new technology. They do everything to make sure you are comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Dr. Hearon and his staff truly care about their patients. They are highly skilled as well as considerate, compassionate, and kind. My husband and I have gone to Dr. Hearon for many years and have always been more than happy with the service and the quality of his work. We would highly recommend Dr. Hearon to any of our friends.

Please do NOT ever go here!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. I moved from West Seattle to North End Tacoma and decided to come here based on the convenient location. As a healthcare practitioner, integrity and quality of service is highly important to me when searching for a dentist. The only thing that did not go wrong was my mediocre dental cleaning experience. The dentist recommended I get a deep cleaning and instead of every 6 months, he said because of excessive buildup, I needed one every 4 months. I'm someone who has excellent dental hygiene but was excited as my insurance would cover them and it'd give me a chance to get my teeth professionally cleaned more often. I have excellent medical and dental coverage was what the receptionist told me. They sure used it up! After the cleaning, Dr. Hearon recommended I get a crown for one of my molar in which he thought there could be a micro fracture. It took him over 3 hours as he was going back and forth between all of his patients. Extremely poor customer service. I spent more time sitting and waiting for him than actually getting any work done. I wouldn't have minded if he did quality work, but instead I ended up with an infection at the site of the crown. As a result I needed a root canal. When I returned to his office for the permanent crown, the color was completely off. I didn't care and just wanted it to be placed so I could find a better dentist elsewhere. However, the crown wasn't placed right and I ended up with food continuously stuck in between the teeth and caused a lot of pain. Called him back and was asked to returned in which he said there wasn't much he could do. At this time he wanted to proceed with some cosmetic dentistry which I wanted to wait on as I was having serious doubts about his ability. I was not happy with any of the work so far. He then said I have some cavities that needed filling but by then I only had $80+ left on my insurance and would have to pay $580+ for two fillings. Told him I'd rather wait. Two days later I received a letter discharging me as a patient as he felt he was unable to meet my needs. I was still having pain and an infection from the crown he placed. Called to make an appointment and was told he was booked. I was so furious I seriously considered sueing him. And would have if I wasn't leaving the country. I've never had such a terrible experience with any medical provider. He should be ashamed of the kind of work he does and how he treats his patients. I hope one day he sees the value of providing quality services instead of quantity and trying to get as much money from his patients as possible. I'm still disgusted to this very day thinking about my experience.

Been coming here for years. I've always had a fantastic experience. They never try to upsell me or get me to have work done that I don't need. They have even talked me out of several more expensive choices that certainly would have gotten them more money. They truly care about their patients and I always feel welcome and valued. Outstanding office in all aspects. Have been a patient of Don, Sr. and subsequently Don, Jr. since 1973. We moved out of state, but come back to see family and friends and go to the dentist twice a year!!!!!!!
