My 4 years old have cavity problem, This clinic referred us to a dental surgeon Dr Albert, but he was so occupied that we couldn't get a slot for months. When my Son had a pain again this clinic refused to take my Son by saying that "He has really bad teeth and IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK and we should go to Dr Albert" I was shocked, however considering the situation of my Son i requested to check him one last time. That was my last visit, i hope i don't need to go to this money oriented heartless clinic again!

DO NOT GO TO THID DENTIST! They are completely unprofessional. I showed up to our appointment for my 2 children on time. I was told to wait in my car until they were ready. I called to ask when they would be ready as i had to take time off from work and pull my kids out of school for their appointment and the office assistant refused to give me a time. She said i was "causing problems" and i should "find a new dentist" and hung up on me before i could even finish my sentence. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism is my life. WOW.

I am not sure how this pediatric dentist has such great reviews. I am appalled at how my child and I were spoken to by both the dentist and the hygienist. They were very rude and impatient with my child. If you are looking for compassionate care, look elsewhere!

first time we Make an appointment They are say Friday 10:10. when I be there they not open,we call again then they telling me Friday not open. what......not open why give appointment Friday. they also tell me, we can call Monday make appointment,but they alway hang up the phone

It's a nice place close to where I live. The main dentist, Anne Ngheim can be a bit strict sometimes but I understand its that she needs to do her job. Overall, great place.

My kids having been going to Dr. Ngheim way before she moved to South Windsor. She has always been amazing as well as her staff. I have an autisc daughter. Shes very difficult to get through dental appointments. Denise the hygienist is great with her. Dr Ngiem has sung to her through appointments. Theyve gotten her through cleanings, xrays, and cavities. Ive been recommending her for a while to parents with special needs kids. My typical son also does well. My kids don't mind going to dentists because of this great team. So thank you. New office is beautiful and very clean. Ladies in office are well organized. Appointments are well done.

First impression, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It has more of a 'home' feeling rather than that intimidating "doctor's office" appearance. Staff is fantastic! This is a very child friendly environment! My child felt very comfortable the whole time. They truly are amazing with children. Highly recommend!

As a parent, you want to bring your kids where they're comfortable, respected and where the Dr, assistant, and whole staff is warm, welcoming and very pleasant. The new location is very nice, and cozy.

Highly recommend this office for pediatric dentistry. My youngest who is 20 months old had his first visit this week and it went very well! After sitting through my 5 year olds cleaning he got right in the chair. Dr. Nghiem and Denise were patient and professional with both of my kids while making their visit fun. The whole staff is clearly taking careful precautions to make sure their patients and themselves are safe. Thank you for another great experience!

Super impressed. Dr. Nghiem is very kind, patient and informative. She explained each step of the procedure to my son while she was working inside of his mouth. My son has never responded this well in the past. The staff were also very pleasant. Definitely made the right choice switching to Healthy Smiles.

We love Dr. Anne Nghiem and the staff. They are always so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is such an expert and always gentle with my little ones. I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else.

They maybe a good dentist for 5+ year olds but they were terrible with toddlers. They insisted we came in midday (lunch and nap time) then ran over 30 min late then didnt make my toddler comfortable or have toys in the room just went into shoving stuff in his mouth. Needless to say my 19 month old lost it and was uncontrollable shaking and crying. If you have a toddler do not bring them here.

Took my son to his first dental visit. The office was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist that did my sons teeth cleaning was very pleasant and worked very well with my son. So much so that he was very well behaved and let her do her job without fussing. He is 3 and I was very surprised, he wasn't scared or did any crying. The dentist was very nice and made me aware of what I need to do on my end to prevent cavities. Also let me know that my son had ankyloglossia and what to watch out for Incase he'll need a surgical procedure to fix it. He truly enjoyed his experience. I recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Ngheim and her staff are friendly and professional. They have been very patient with my child with special needs, taking the time to explain what will happen and answer questions so he is comfortable. My children look forward to visiting the dentist, and I often have a hard time coaxing them out of the waiting room afterward because they want to stay and play with the toys. Dr. Ngheim is knowledgeable about up-to-date practices and has given us options to avoid more invasive procedures when possible. She is the perfect combination of warm and friendly yet knowledgeable and professional.
