Our mission at Healthy Smiles of the Bluegrass PLLC is to provide thorough and meticulous oral health care to our patients. We understand the strong link between systemic and oral health and we strive to teach this connection to our patients. Our goal is to improve patients overall health and improve ones quality of life. Our clinic provides family and cosmetic dental services. We strive to deliver gentle treatment with options for anxious patients including inhalation dentistry. Dr. McClanahan delivers comprehensive dental care providing patients with in office extractions and root canal therapy among many other dental treatments. At Healthy Smiles of the Bluegrass our patients are family and we provide them with the education needed to make important treatment decisions on their own. We strive to provide not only quality dental care but also a lasting friendship with each patient. We believe that every patient deserves a beautiful healthy smile and that starts with education and disease prevention.

If you hate going to a dentist, or if you fear being in that chair, then THIS is the place for you. Your worries and fears will quickly be replaced by professionalism and compassion. The entire staff, to a person, are the kindest and most considerate I've ever encountered. They CARE about your comfort, satisfaction and health. Dr. Jessica McClanahan is the gentlest and most thorough dentist I've ever encountered. She's very good and aware of your needs. The staff bent over backwards to work with my insurance company and secure the best possible coverage for me. I required some extensive dental work and attention. God blessed me with teeth, albeit, a mouth full of bad ones. Doctor McClanahan and her exceptional staff have been incredible at working with me at finding reasonable remedies. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Healthy Smiles of the Bluegrass.

Terrible! First they want your credit card number, so they can charge you if you miss an appointment. Second, my son had an appointment for over a month and they were ok with the insurance plan we gave them until 2 hours before the appointment. Now they don't take that insurance!!!! Such a scam!!! I wouldn't waste my time or money with this place.
