Digital X-rays: Digital radiography allows us to create nearly instant X-ray images that can be projected onto a digital chairside monitor. The process of capturing digital X-rays produces up to 90% less radiation than traditional radiography, and because the images are digital, they dont require time-consuming processing.
CT scans: Computed tomography, or CT scanning, utilizes multiple digital X-rays to capture a comprehensive, 3D image of your teeth, jawbone, and oral structures. In many diagnostic and treatment planning procedures, including same-day restorations, CT scanning provides an optimal level of precision and convenience.
CEREC restoration: CEREC stands for chairside economic restoration of esthetic ceramics, and is our digital CAD/CAM technology that captures highly precise digital images and measurements of your teeth. These are sent to an onsite milling machine that crafts your porcelain restoration in just a single day.
Soft-tissue laser: For procedures such as cosmetic gum contouring, which require the slight modification of your soft gingival tissues, we may recommend using an advanced soft-tissue laser instead of a traditional scalpel. Compared to traditional surgery, laser gum contouring offers significantly higher comfort, precision, and esthetic results.
From an early age, Nicholas Cain, DDS has been fascinated with dentistry, and how it can make a positive difference in our lives. Dr. Cain often talked to his uncle who practices dentistry in Tennessee. He asked him questions about the field, learned all that he could and decided that he wanted to follow in his footsteps. After earning his Bachelors degree from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, he went on to attend dental school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville.
Upon completion of his dental degree, Dr. Cain joined his familys practice in Tennessee, where he continued to learn from his early mentors. Recently, Dr. Cain returned to Miller to realize his ultimate goal to open his own private practice in his hometown. Born and raised in Miller, Dr. Cain is honored to be able to serve the dental needs of the community that is so special to him.

I have a huge fear of the dentist. It's like pulling teeth to get me to come to you (). I absolutely would recommend Dr. Cain to any and everyone. I was going to be put to sleep to have my teeth pulled due to my anxiety with dentist but ultimately I don't trust anybody so I prolonged it and went back to Cain him and his team got the job done hunny!!! Blood sweat and tears went into those visits and I'm so grateful to them. No matter how big of a baby I was I felt like they had my back no ill feelings or judgement towsrd them or from them. They truly are beautiful and genuine ppl. I will always go to Dr. Cain if he can't do it well I guess it won't be done !

My 5 years as a dental client of Dr. Cain and staff have been great. I've received my preventative care of cleanings and exams and restorative care (crowns). All experiences have been first rate. I highly recommend this dentist and his entire team!

The entire office staff, hygienist, and dentist were great. They took time to explain everything to me in great detail. Everyone was so incredibly nice and inviting. This is one of the most pleasant visits I've ever had to the dentist.

He is definitely the finest dentists that I have ever been to. He has a bedside manner matched by no other I've experienced. He is a very good man and I there isno one that I would feel more comfortable referring.

I am very selective of who works on my teeth. Let me tell you, Dr Cain & his staff know what they are doing. This office is always professional, clean, and uses modern dental technology. Dr. Cain is good at discussing and explaining your options. He will also tell you all the Pros and Cons of recommended procedures. I feel very comfortable and satisfied working with him. I highly recommend

When I walked in I was greeted with hello and a pleasant smile. Very clean inside and state of the art equipment. The whole staff was very pleasant, they just blew me away going above and beyond to help me. I had two extractions no pain and none after .

This is not just a ordinary dentist office. I hated the dentist however after going here I no longer mind going and actually enjoyed it. All the people that work here are great with the best attitudes you could ask for. The dentist is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met I was treated better then you would expect at any business. This place in no way put profits over care. I would highly recommend if you're afraid or don't like going to dentist you give these wonderful ppl a chance they won't disappoint. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies (cat) and the best dentist ever I will never forget your genoristy. Thanks Mr jim bellar

Everyone here is so pleasant and kind. This is a true testimony of leadership; where the staff emulates the behavior of the leader. Dr. Cain is extraordinarily kind and patient. In a time where customer service is a non-displayed concept, everyone at Healthy Smiles exhibits the epitome of servicing customers. Dr. Cain and his Staff are wonderful. I will continue to give them my business.

I am always nervous when I go to the dentist. First time I ever experience a assistant doing the dispense to deadened the tooth was ok. I cancelled a few times cause allergies and wanst able to get there but left them a message on the phone which seems no one checks. So I called to reschedule and wa a told if I cancel again can't be seen any more there. I called and after I spoke to the fd and they told me to leave the message and they will pick it up. But ok I am a disable person with lota of physical issues might be several days I am not able to get there or around. O told them ok cancel my appointment find somewhere else to go. I know policy but there are patiences with those with disability needs. All around didnt have a bad experience the work that's being doing is not clear. This is for any dentist make sure you know and see the proof of what's being said ans done. Great environment...
