Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service!!! Around may 2021, they called me to confirm an appointment, (which I canceled during the call) and they called me two months ago telling me I have to pay for that missed appointment. I've been calling for weeks trying to fix the problem, all of the receptionists have told me that a supervisor will call me back after reviewing the issue. I'm still waiting for that call. Don't waste your time and money. Go someplace else.

Dr.Zarruk is a Fantastic Dentist!! Always explaining what's going on and making sure your good with all! My hygienist Ms.C is always checking to see if your ok during your cleaning !! The entire staff is friendly and professional in all aspects, they go above and beyond. I have has crowns,root canals and more they are ROCKSTARS!!! 5 Stars all the way around, best in the state!!!

They messed up my root canal leaving me with a horrible smelling tooth, I brought this to their attention and they ignored it! Also I don't know who they have answering the phone but worst customer service skills! Very rude and sounded annoyed to be there..

I had to say that one of worst service I ever seen. Customer service are so bad. Really bad. I wish I can change my son dentist. We stock with them, cuz his breshes. If we change dentist we have to start all over again. Otherwise we will leave them. They are moor sell then service.

These people really need to learn how to treat customers and the children they see better. My brother went to get his braces done, and there was a stage in the process where they put a metal thing in his mouth (which i've never seen for braces) that he had to have on at all times. He had difficulty breathing and it worsened his anxiety. Instead of trying to search for an alternative, the dentist completely dismissed our issues and was adamant about using this metal thing, and said he would either cancel the whole treatment altogether or keep the metal. My parents refused to put my brother through the pain of having to wear this thing and it affecting his anxiety pretty much 24/7 as it had to stay on at all times so they switched dentists. We later found out he was no longer eligible to receive this benefit from his insurance because we had already tried with this dentist. I have also witnessed myself how their nurses/dentist aides will treat the kids, when adults are not looking, like reprimanding them or be annoyed at kids being kids. IF you don't like children, maybe DON'T work in a place that treats children! All in all, this place the behavior all the staff have shown is very troublesome for a place that's supposed to take care of children. Their complete dismissal of children's pain is messed up and they SHOULD NOT be practicing or at the VERY LEAST should be held accountable and pushed to get trained on ethics. They think they can get away with so much because they're some of very few latino-run spanish-speaker clinics.

This practice has been one of the best ones I've ever been , my family including myself have been current patients since 2009 almost 12 years ago, I have done my complete orthodontic treatment here as well as other treatments with Doctor Turcios and have had no issues at all, at the time Doctor T had an answer for all my mothers questions and we have never had any issues with the practice here and now my 2 year old daughter is a current patient and I was very pleased with her first ever dental visit, the assistant and Doctor Zarruk were very patient with my screaming toddler, if there is a service and/or treatment they cannot render in office they have highly recommended referring offices such as wisdom tooth removals with oral surgeons which they can refer the patients out to and obtain satisfaction and a job well done. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental services and/or treatment you could possibly need. Everyone is very knowledgeable and if they is something they can not answer for you right away they will strive to find and answer to better service you.

Very great atmosphere and staff!! I have referred most of my family members to this office and it's all great things back from them! The dentist are super nice and helpful with all of my questions. Definitely the best I've been too!

I love this clinic so much. They make my children feel safe and they never fear going to the dentist. I have been going here for years. I started with getting my braces here and now my kids are going to start their braces any day. I send all my friends and family to this clinic>
