I liked this place up until a couple months ago. I was told my child had 5-6 cavities and they recommended they be put under general anesthesia to get them all fixed at once. I agreed and did all the paperwork. However my pediatrician questioned why the dentist wouldn't attempt something else (like laughing gas) before having to put my child under. I eventually went in to speak to a dentist 2 times regarding a change in the care plan but instead I was told by the last dentist I saw it would be a waste of her time and my time because we would have to go back more than once to get the work done. After that visit I asked for my child's records and went to a different pediatric dentist for a second opinion and it turned out there were only 3 cavities and they were able to use laughing gas and get them all fixed up in one visit that I did not have to wait months for. Also, I'm still waiting for a call that they promised to give me in order to reschedule my child's appointment, at this point I've been waiting 6 weeks. I didn't think much of the way I was spoken to here until I compared it to how we were treated at our new dentist office, our experiences were total opposite. Moral of the story is don't be afraid of getting a second opinion or going elsewhere! Do your research parents!

Ms. Luz and Dr Liza were so patient, kind , motherly, and professional. They put my child and my self at ease. They are both knowledgeable and have a calming energy that my child immediately picked up on. Great with kids and parents alike ! They took the time necessary to fully take care of my child and I . We felt truly cared for and look forward to our next visit!!

I have an autistic son, dentist's appointments are never easy. I've been here maybe 4-5 times. Each time they've been very patient with my son, they never push or make him do something he's not comfortable with. My son is non-verbal, anxious, and has sensory sensitivities. One his most recent visit he did surprisingly well; it was quieter and had less people in the waiting room (I'm assuming due to COVID). Don't let the negative reviews deter you, try them out and if it doesnt work out for you or your child, you can find a place that does. I recommend them. Just have in mind that there are many different factors to consider if your dentist visit doesn't go well. Try things like social stories, talk about dentist visits and what to expect, desensitization etc.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they have this SOMETIMES rule, that it's one kid per adult. So if you have more than one kid you can't bring them in at the same time, unless you bring another adult with you, and if both mom and dad want to go to the appointment, one of them has to wait outside. As a mom of three kids whose husband works full time,I hate this rule, but what makes it even more annoying is that apparently there's some disagreement within the office as to whether or not it's an actual rule. Sometimes I call and they say I can't bring in more than one kid and sometimes they say I can. And sometimes I get there with two of my kids, after they told me I could, and then they tell me that I wasn't supposed to. Other than that, I love them. The wait time is always real short (we're usually out of there within an hour), the doctors are caring and patient, and the staff is competent. If their sometimes rule won't affect you, you should definitely go here.

Horrible coordinator, she acts like an officer with defendant. She told me we may remove your child's front teeth without your approval if needed, i refused, she said find somewhere else, we don't care about your business because we are non profit organization and there's no copayment!!!

They just didn't offer me that I actually can choose to do a white crown ! They even didn't mention it! I feel that I was stupid not to ask about that do I have options?!! Why they treat patient like they said so but remind me that I have more option! I hate them this!

Stay away from this place! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. A few years ago I brought my son and everyone was friendly and patient. My son loved it now I don't understand what happened. I'm very disappointed. My son is terrified he was yelled at for not opening his mouth wide enough. These people need to take classes and learn how to deal with kids. We will not be coming back. I'm going to look for a new Dentist. Wish I could give them 0 stars but sadly you have to at least give one. Don't waste your time here!

The first thing i am going to say is, i was terrified to take my kid in this place because a was reading the reviews, but was completely the opposite, my experience with my 3 years son was completely satisfied the doctors, the nurses and the administration all were kind, and special the doctors and nurses were so patients with my son and myself because i was completely nervous (even crying) for my son but the only thing i have to say is THANK YOU!!!

My experience has been good. My only complaint is that it's extremely HARD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. They are always booked and they will not provide you with an Appointment for the following month. Not only that. They close their phone lines for "lunch Hrs" been trying to schedule an Appointment since December now we are in February . You can't leave Voicemails even though they say to leave one. If you get to leave a message they won't call you. I guess I have to look for another provider.

Dentists are great. Front staff is friendly but unorganized and unprofessional. Bickering and arguing in front of patients. 2:15 apt, 4 text messages confirming the apt and asking for a 2:00 check in. Didn't get seen until 2:57.....15 min after I asked if we were still being seen. Autistic child waiting for 1hr...not a good scene. Then, they insisted I had a 2:30 apt......even with the 4 texts stating a 2:15. Don't claim you're for special needs if you're not.

I typically do not write reviews but as a parent, i feel it is important for other parents to know about our experience. I understand that this is a non-profit clinic and wait lists and wait times are understandable; however, most of the staff does not appear to be welcoming and approachable. Been there two times early morning and everyone looks like they are already having a bad day. I had given prior notice that my child does not do well with dental visits. The Dentist lady doing his work was impatient, did not give him enough time to settle in. The staff doing the work should know that not all kids are the SAME and each child needs a different approach but they don't take the time to do this. They made us feel like they wanted to kick my son out of his chair as soon as he resisted. Five minutes into walking in with the dentist, she already wanted to call it quits. After my child settled in and was feeling a little more secure, the treatment was done, but it was messy. She left the application all over his teeth, I think she even got some of the ones she was not suppose to touch! and on his cheeks ( And this was after he was no longer moving!). In addition to this, the place looks dirty and not kid friendly. Bottom line, if you want your kid to have a positive experience first time around and there after, don't come to this place.
