I've been around for a while and thus have gone through my share of dentists over the years, most of whom have been pretty good. Furthermore, like some folks, I would be what you call "dental phobic". With that being said, Dr Patwa, is without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had. She's professional, technically excellent, friendly and the best dental provider one can have for those who have "dental anxiety". Highly recommended.

Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry is awesome! Location is perfect and there is always plenty of parking and shade. They have been very pandemic-safe by checking temperatures and ensuring social distancing. Griselda is a wonderful administrative employee who is courteous and kind and ensures that your needs and questions are taken care of. The RDA who assists Dr. Patwa is very friendly and knowledgable and always tries to find the answer to your questions. Dr. Patwa is awesome. My insurance is not very good, but I continue to go here because she's wonderful! She's very attentive to your needs and concerns, is accommodating, and is very kind. She is personable and tries to get to know you even if you don't visit often. I hope to continue seeing her as a dental provider! Thank you for everything, Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry!

I've been going to this office before Dr. Patwa took over the practice so she inherited me. Let's be honest - I would have left if I didn't like her, but I'm still here. I'm not the best at taking care of my teeth - ex. flossing, but have never received any judgement from her. I also hate needles so she covers her instruments when I come in and tells me to close my eyes before she injects so I don't get anxious. She's kind, gentle on my teeth and gums, and professional. Clarissa has been there a while too and I trust her as well.

Dr. Patwa & her assistant Clarissa make a great team. I felt welcomed when i came in for an appointment. They were friendly, patient and professional. The place is clean and the price is right. I highly recommend this place. I will be back in 6 months for my cleaning.

I have been coming to see Dr. Patwa for a year now and I couldn't be happier. She is super nice and VERY THOROUGH. I had been going to be same dentist my entire life and decided I wanted a change and didn't realize until I came here that my other dentist wasn't doing a good job. Every time I leave, my teeth feel super clean and she is very gentle whenever she is going a cleaning. I had a few cavities she had to fill and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Griselda from the front desk is also super sweet!

Dr. Patwa has such a calming presence (especially when she is humming while she works ) which is definitely a big plus at a dentist office! She tells me exactly what she is going to do and is very transparent. I asked her if I should invest in an electric toothbrush because I had a cavity in the very last tooth in the back of my mouth. I was expecting her to tell me I needed one but she didn't! She was honest and told me a regular toothbrush would work fine! Bonus points for being open on weekends which is a big must for me!

I agree with the other reviews - Dr. Patwa is my dentist and is very professional, patient, friendly, and caring. She never suggested any treatment that is not really needed - a complaint I hold against all of my previous dentists. During my last visit, I reported that for the last couple months, a portion of my gum has been hurting for a few hours after I floss. She could've easily prescribed a costly procedure. After all, all my previous dentists suggested procedures, some, that I did not need in 20+ years, even when I did not report anything that was bothering. Dr. Patwa, instead assured that I need not worry and there's nothing wrong with the tooth or the gum. Indeed the gum pain went away in a month upon regular flossing. Thank you, Dr. Patwa. I'm really happy that my teeth, after a long time, are finally in good hands :-).

I've been going to Dr. Patwa for about 6 months now and she is great. The staff is always friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs.

Our whole family has been under Dr. Patwa's care for about 15 years now and we are all thankful for having a great dentist who listens to all our needs and concerns. Dr. Patwa is patient, considerate, and detail-oriented. We have complete trust in her professionalism and I would highly recommend her.

My family and I have been taken care of Dr. Patwa for over 8 plus years now!! Our kids enjoy Dr. Patwa's friendly and kind approach. They feel that the "Doctor" will listen to us. My daughter mentioned to me once "She told us that if you don't like something you can tell her and she will do it differently". Doctor's staff is responsive and attentive to our scheduling needs and changes. They are also very friendly and courteous when we visit the office. The office is clean and inviting for all ages, therefore we travel from South San Jose to see Dr. Patwa. Excellent care, a very friendly demeanor and always the right advice given to us by Dr. Patwa.
