I am a patient in this office and I debated on writing this review but felt others should be aware. I'm flabbergasted over the care I received. I chipped my front tooth on a Sunday, waited till Monday morning and called the office. Connie answered and it went downhill from there. I was already upset about my chipped tooth, then Connie was snarky and rude. She told me they are down 2 people and booked out over a month! I asked if they had emergency slots and with attitude she told me those are all filled! At 8am when you guys open, and they're already filled?! Reluctantly, she made the appointment that same day. I arrive and guess who calls me back to the exam room...Connie. She led me down the hall with zero conversation. While in the room with me she said maybe 8 words to me, gave a heavy sigh a couple times and walked out. At this point, I felt like I was a major burden to them. It was so awkward and the tension in the room was real. Dr. Wilkinson came in, wanted to put retention pins on the back of my chipped tooth, and I declined bc I'm in Invisalign's and didn't know if those pins would interfere, I really just wanted to talk to my orthodontist first. Dr. Wilkinson was mad to say the least. A whole different side of him I'd never seen. He apparently knew Connie was mad bc he talked to her the whole time and cracked a joke at my expense. When I was done, he had me look at my tooth, and I told him it looked and felt good. I also said I was sorry bc I knew I p***** Connie off but she could of been a little more sensitive to the situation. I was already upset and she made it 10 times worse! He just said "yeah, well I'm just one guy here, it's not like there's 5 of us here!" Again I reiterated that I was sorry for p****** them both off and it was obvious Connie had already talked to him about me before arriving. While I was checking out, I look down the hallway and see Dr. Wilkinson's back turned towards me and he's talking with Connie. They turned around and both were smiling. Really? That couldn't have waited till I left? I was also a bit shocked when I got up front, & they told me that they ran my visit through insurance and my "expected" out of pocket cost was 53.40 and due right then? They have NEVER done that! We have always received a bill for the remaining balance that insurance did not pay! Unfortunately, this office has gone down hill since my family started there. They have gone through multiple people at the front desk, whom I know for a fact that Dr. Wilkinson does not even run a background check or screen these people! I only know this bc two of his concerned employees told me this! I called in to make payment and my card number was taken, however payment was never made to my account! It happened twice, so I told Dr. Wilkinson at one point and he just said "the person that took one of those payments no longer works here." Great! But my card number is out there in someone's hands!! My debit card was compromised twice in the past year, coincidence? I don't think so!

This was my first visit here. I've never had such a great experience. They were so friendly and kind. The exam was so thorough and everything they did was clearly explained along the way. I'm so glad we started coming here. My entire family is looking forward to this experience! They are the best!

The DDS here got this practice from my previous DDS, so I knew he came highly recommended. He did a great job and I even got my traditional "by golly" for a good checkup. Would definitely recommend. Still feel this way, pleased to say that Dr. Cory is my DDS.

It was very nice. I am glad Jill was still there. Dr W is very nice and knows his business. However, I hated that he has to fix an old cavity. Darn!

Had chipped a tooth...was able to get right in! I was due for x-rays and a cleaning and they had a last minute cancellation so they asked if I had the time and I got all my dental needs taken care of while I was there! Whoo Hoo!!

Dr. Wilkinson is so great with my kids, my uneasy 3 year old felt right at home! The office staff was very patient while we worked through my different dental insurances. Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She was able to clean my teeth and answer a million questions from my toddler at the same time. Thank you all so much, highly recommend Cory and his staff.
