By far the MOST rude office. Staff are rude. The Dr. Is absolutely nasty. Don't go here. They will be little you and then refuse you care. You don't even deserve 1 star.

Awful place. Got dismissed just as many others for things out of my control. Myself and friends of mine all got infections after going there for dental work. Just gross. Do not go there!!!!! You'll regret it. No joke!

I got lost trying to get there on the my first appointment and called them for directions and they told me not to bother showing up cause I would've been 5 minutes late . About a month later I missed one due to a dire family emergency, and I got a call from them telling me they didn't care who died , because I missed one of my many appointments (two if you count the previous occurrence I listed , which they did ). I was no longer welcome there. And they spent quite awhile telling me over and over again that my family could still come , but I wasn't ever allowed back there. Because I missed an appointment for a family emergency. I hope this place shuts down .

They don't read paperwork you fill out. If you have cleft lip and cleft palate baby I do not recommend her at all. Their staff make things confusing when you ask cancel few appts and they discharge you

Tried to make new patient appointments for my daughter and I and she told me I couldn't because I got dismissed as a patient for failing to make an appointment. I asked about it because I've been out of indiana for most of my adult life and she told me I missed an appointment back in 2008. I WOULD HAVE BEEN 12. she said I had to write a letter to someone explaoning why I missed the appointment and I'm like.....I WAS 12??? She wouldn't even let me make an appointment for my daughter, who had never been there before. Also to note, I asked my mom why I missed that appointment and she said they told her the same thing about my sister who she tried to get in recently. The appointments we "missed" in 2008 were appointments healthy smiles made without notifying my mom and then penalizing all of us for not making them. Completely whack.

Horrible place to go to get stuff done. They have no manners took my son there to get his spacer done they waited until I got there and then told me that I have to take him back to Indianapolis because he gage's and they already did one before and he did fine he only gagged when they went to do xrays 3 weeks ago and I'm an adult and I still gage when they do that. They knew for 2 weeks about this appointment and didn't even bother to call me they waited until I drove all the way there to tell me that they weren't going to do his work. I don't recommend anyone to go here ever!!!!

Doctor Watkins is always friendly, professional, thorough, and still somehow very quick with her work. I've never left unsatisfied with the work she and her staff do. Will always recommend Healthy Smiles to anyone looking for a great dentistry!

The filling that was done on my tooth was done incorrectly and has caused severe pain for the last month. Office staff is impolite as well. Dont reccomend going here

Had to reschedule for our children and since we did they said we had to find a new Dentist. Trust and believe we will with great pleasure. Great way to handle Covid issues Lucky I can't give you a -5 stars cause that's what it would be. What a joke of a company. Good lucky keeping your doors open.

Not surprised now after reading reviews about them. Super unprofessional and rude! I had to reschedule a few appointments due to circumstances beyond my control (one being the stomach flu of my kid) they called to let me know they can no longer see the kids together.. I guess they assume everyone has childcare. So I called back and asked for dental records to be picked up and the the lady was super rude saying it's all online and they would send them to the next dentist. I asked for them to be emailed to myself then. She had an awful attitude and hung up on me! I would never recommend this place. And apparently I should have read the reviews before ever stepping foot in there!

The last 3 times I have gone there the nurses have had no regards toward me. They stab my gums and each time I have had hours of pain to where I can't chew foods.
