the worst most unprofessional place to go to. Called the night before to let them know i was in early labor and couldn't go in. She called me the next morning and left me a voice mail ranting about the appt missed, Then proceeded to call my work # and let them know i had missed an appt and that she needed my ext. I have tried to call and speak to a manager but she states im all there is and proceeds to laugh. this is HIPPA violation. and when told that she states " why you didn't ask for the day off not my fault" she refused to pass my message to anyone and wont let me schedule any appts. by the way her name is MICHELLE

Receptionist is so rude!! She called to confirm an appointment that i had the next day and i told her that i would be canceling it due to i found a different dentist that had cheaper payments since i couldnt afford the one they were giving me. The receptionist attitude changed right as soon as i said i would be canceling and told me i had to cancel up to 48 hours in advance and told me she would never reschedule me again i said it was fine and then she proceeded to tell me "just remember you get what you pay for." Her attitude was so ugly and rude. It was very different than any other time i spoke to her.

Dr Xu is always so thorough and gentle. She really cares about the complete health of my mouth. She recommended a type of tooth brush and floss specifically for me and I can already see a difference by using them. Elizabeth remembers her patients well and always has a great attitude. This was the first time to receive a cleaning from McKenzie and SHE WAS AWESOME! I am in with pain and left with a smile! Thank you!

Wonderful dentist and crew! She is freakishly precise and fast. Great bedside manner. I have read some reviews about the receptionist being rude, but I have never experienced this at all! Everyone is this building is super nice and friendly!!!

My long time dentist retired and I was nervous about choosing a replacement. So, went to my first appointment with Dr. Xu with some trepidation. That worry disappeared very quickly. She's is a thoughtful, gentle, very professional dentist. By now Dr. Xu has completed a couple of fillings and a crown for me. I am very pleased with her work. And her staff is great. The person in charge of billing is efficient, no surprise fees or uncovered services without forewarning. I have no hesitation about recommending Dr. Xu.

Dr. Xu is fantastic. No matter how many people she sees on a daily basis, she always remembers you and your family. I love that when I go in she asks about my daughters and how my oldest is doing in college. She's also funny, which helps to make our visits bearable.
