I have been going here for years and actually look forward to my dental appointments. Alla is the fun and friendly hygienist with the gentle touch. Dr Schweitzer is very adept. I would highly recommend to any and all who seek a healthy smile!

The Dentist himself is wonderful! The Russian dental hygienist is lazy and extremely rude. She will put this wonderful man out of business if he does not straighten her out. She is downright awful.

Im fortunate to enjoy good health however my teeth have been under treatment since I'm ten years old. Been thru many cleanings over the years. Now that I have left NYC and reside in the Hamptons I use Alla at Healthy Smiles . She's the only hygienist that begins with a general health screening and oral cancer exam. I leave with a sparkling clean sensation in my mouth. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Healthy smiles is so nice. Dr Schweitzer is the best dentist I have ever been to. He gives the best shot, no pain. His work is outstanding.

The place was clean and the staff (most) seemed nice which would have made for a pleasant experience but if the business owner reads this (I hope) Mary at the front desk ruined my experience. I made an appointment to be fitted for a new retainer today. I was told my appointment was for 1:30 PM today. I filled out the forms online (was sent a text to do so) and arrived a few minutes early. Apparently the web link was no good and my forms were never received. I filled out new ones. I asked Mary for a toothbrush and she said "you don't need to brush your teeth." Well that was my choice not hers to make, finally after asking again she gave me a toothbrush. At 2PM I asked her if she knew when they'd call me in. Two other patients who arrived well after me had been called in. I asked her and she said I had an emergency appointment and would be seen between patients when there was time. I had an appointment so what's the point of giving me one if you aren't going to acknowledge it? Again, Mary was just rude from the start and ruined the experience (business) I was bringing. It's sad! I left and am taking my business elsewhere.
