Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Patiently listened to my dad's dental problem, explained the procedure in detail , made him comfortable and took care of it in a timely manner. Very impressed with how Dr Sulbha Midha went out of her way to treat an elderly patient. Highly recommend Healthy Smiles .

I had a dental emergency the Friday before Labor Day weekend and my dentist ended up closing before getting back to me so I wasn't able to get in to them. That said, after calling dozens of dentists I found Healthy Smiles and they were so nice and worked to get me in same day right before they closed. Thanks to them I was able to get on an antibiotic and did not have to deal with pain all weekend. Thank you so much!!

I had very good experience with Dr.Midha and her team. She was very patient with me and she continued working on my veneers to make sure I am happy and satisfied. My veneers look very natural and it's hard to recognize they are veneers.

I truly can't say enough great things about this office. Dr. Midha helped me feel relaxed and calm and was very friendly. The entire staff was incredible, and Mary went out of her way to help me with the timing of my appointment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

A few years ago, I called to various dentists to start having regular checkups, cleanings, and a relationship with a dentist for our children. After contacting a few places, we were thrilled when we found a dentist in Mason that could take care of them. When setting up their initial appointment, I confirmed that their location accepted our insurance. The person I spoke with on the phone said they indeed did. We checked in with our insurance cards and our kids appointments went very smoothly. Months went by and we received a notice of an overdue bill from Healthy Smiles. I was shocked and called to find out more information. I can't think of ever having a bill past due, so this was a very pressing matter to me. When I spoke with the receptionist she said that they do accept our insurance, but our insurance won't pay them for the basic cleaning. I pointed out that this seems like a matter between them and a fellow company and should be a decision for them on whether to accept their insurance going forward instead of leaving our family on the hook with a bill. She said they were looking into it and asked if we would call on their behalf! I was astonished. We've never been back and couldn't recommend them. Based on our experience, you might show up for an appointment where they said ahead of and during your visit that your insurance is accepted and then afterwards leave you on the hook for a bill out of pocket.

Dr. Midha and her staff are so friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They do a thorough job, I always feel very good after my appointment at Healthy Smiles.

I had urgency of a loose painful Moller. I could not close my mouth b/c the pressure was all on the loose tooth. Inspite of being on holiday Dr. Midha was gracious enough to open her office and extracted the loose tooth.

I have been going to Dr. Midha's clinic for several years, basically soon after moving to Ohio. I have been pleased with Dr. Midha and her staff, and also the friendly reception and help I always receive from Mary. Dr. Midha is always very pleasant and takes the time necessary to discuss what's needed in my dental care. I hope this practice keeps doing what it is doing so well, and I have recommended it to other people.

I was nervous about bringing my Mom to the dentist because she has dementia and it has been a long time since her last cleaning. Dr. Midha and her assistant made this experience so good for my Mom and I. Despite the bad condition of my Mom's oral health, Dr. Midha took every opportunity to make my Mom feel comfortable and safe. She focused our visit on her most immediate issues, gave my Mom time to recover and relax after she cleaned each tooth and showed a lot of compassion. I was so impressed and grateful for her expertise, patience and care. And the front desk manager, Mary, went above and beyond by personally calling my Mom's medicare health care insurance carrier the day before to ensure she was covered. Mary explained all the covered and out of pocket costs in advance of our visit. A really great experience!

I would strongly recommend Healthy Smiles Dental Care. The staff is friendly and courteous. I never had to wait for more than 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Midha is very knowledgeable, informative and has been taking good care of us for so many years.

I went with my son just to get comprehensive oral evaluation, cleaning, Fluoride Varnish. My son is 16 years old and he was by himself in the room with the dentist. She Sealant 8 teeth without my permission, which I didn't want it when the dentists asked. So disappointed. We went there because he missed the appointment with his dentist.

Dr. Midha's staff a her Dental office are Obote the rest. Always helpful and very friendly staff. Dr. Midha really cares about her patients. If there were more caring people like her and her staff this would be a better world. I would refer and have referred other patients to this fine Dental Office. May you and your staff continue great service!

I've been coming to this dentist office since 2003. Dr. Midha does a wonderful job and Ana does absolutely wonderful job at cleaning my teeth. And, can't forget about Mary the receptionist , she so sweet and makes you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I was seen on New Years day for a cracked tooth. it went great. The dentist said that she could see me on 1/3/20. I called on 1/2/20 and got the appointment. My insurance card was expired and was trying to get the information from my husbands work so that I could forward to them. They called once they seen that my insurance card was expired and told me that they had a dental hygienist had called off and they the dentist had to help with the cleanings for the day. Suddenly a dental emergency is no longer an emergency and a cleaning takes the place of a emergency. The reason they dump me was that they thought I no longer had insurance. This is no way to treat people with a true dental emergency. Just beware if they think you don't have insurance they will drop you like a hot potato.

I have used Dr. Midha's practice for several years. Her staff is always courteous and professional. Their work is outstanding and I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
