Born out of the civil rights and social justice movement of the 1960s, the nations Community Health Centers serve to this day as advocates for quality care and health equity for all. Our daily mission is to address health care inequities. As such, we are first-hand witnesses to the direct and damaging effect of violence, stress, physical and mental abuse on the health and well-being of our patients.
We share deep sorrow for the tragic deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and others. We mourn with their families, friends and communities. We likewise look on with sadness at the anger, hate, contempt and violence spilling onto Americas streets, devastating cities across the nation, and creating fear and anxiety in citizens across this great land.
We treat everyone with respect, dignity and compassion regardless the color of their skin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, income level, ability to pay, or any other status. We are united in providing high quality, accessible, affordable health care services and serve as advocates for quality care and health equity for everyone. We also actively strive to maintain a diverse work environment that unifies, inspires, and values staff and is free from discrimination and racism.
In addition, as a community health center, we are rooted in and responsive to our community. We work with our local community partners, local government and our healthcare peers to encourage each other to be better and work together in serving our community.

Thank you so much to Dr Lena and Justin. They were both not only professional but very warm and caring. Thank you to Ellia for getting me scheduled ASAP and being so kind. I'm a terrible dental patient due to anxiety. The two visits I had with Dr Lena and Justin were by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office!! Highly recommend!!!

I went and did not have the procedure done, however this is going to be my go to place. Check it out and see why. I was referred out and i appreciated the hospitality from team and honesty from doctor. Just like any Med Office its going to have ups and downs but it is how you look at it.

The visit itself was weird and me not even knowing what was going on. This was weeks ago and I have been in so much pain and I am still crying, I keep bleeding and I found out that there is still a large piece of tooth left in the socket, not a random piece a tooth and I can't take the pain I'm going to have to see a family doctor or something, weeks of pain it's been awful.

I'm so confused, the first time I was sent there for an severe tooth ache and they did exrays and nothing else I went back to find out what the plan was and there was no plan the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't the one who out of nowhere cut 4 teeth out did not want to use the gas but finally I got them to and gave me nothing for pain and no antibiotics and I am in some serious pain

Runs like a welfare clinic ( not quality care motto seems to be the most patients in and out). They get you in and out in 10-15 minutes for kids. I'm all for quick service but this was the worst cleaning I have ever seen and spent 1-2 minutes with the doctor. The technician didn't even brush the top teeth with fluoride. I've been here 2 times 1. I thought they were so fast and not doing a through cleaning because my daughter needed a tooth pulled so didn't want to hurt her. 2. I waited 45 minutes the day before for my appointment where they offered to cancel because of the long wait and reschedule the next day. I did that and once again it was 10 minutes total only 5 or so minutes actually cleaning the teeth and the doctor spent 2 minutes with us if that even though I had a few questions. They refer everything out as well. Went up the road to actually receive a through cleaning, explanations, and referrals.

Healthy Smiles took care of my teeth, and actually saved a few(to my surprise)that I thought would have to be extracted, and found the dentist to be gentle, sympathetic, and efficient! Thank you Healthy Smiles for having a caring, compassionate staff who've helped me to get my my mojo back after years of dental issues! Also, I'm not sure if this is the place to make a appt request, but need to have one tooth (broken level with the gum) surgically removed, and need someone to call ASAP, bcuz when I call it disconnects stating "network busy", and have call repeatedly only to get the same message, and asking for a phone call! Arrived at my 4 year old son's appointment time, the lady at the desk was super sweet. We didn't even get to sit in the lobby because as soon as we got there, the dentist lady called us back, so we had no wait time at all. She was super sweet to my son and helpful with getting him what I needed to register him for preschool. Let him pick flavors for his toothpaste and fluoride, and pick a toothbrush. The dentist was really nice too. In and out is 15 minutes. The place is amazing.

I'd give 0 stars if applicable. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I had went in for a filling, I had a bad infection in my back tooth. I needed a root canal they suggested to try a filling, he stuck me with a needle. I was not numb in the slightest because of an infection bubble stopping the numbing agent from going to that area of the tooth(had to find that out from a professional dentist) I made it clear I was not numb and could feel everything. He continued to hold my head down and drill the tooth(from the side) I was crying and terrified. So much pain!! I had to physically hit him to get him off of me and let go of my head. I was left with the whole side of my tooth gone, an open canyon. Literally like half a tooth was left if that. I went in with a whole tooth!!!! By far the worst dentist I have ever incountered.

Dr. Ellie and her assistant Emily were super friendly with my 4 year old daughter. They each took the time to explain every tool and piece of equipment to make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Ellie took the time to explain and make her aware of each step she was taking during appointment. Highly recommend.

STOPPPP DONT TAKE YOUR KID HERE !!!!I never make a post about places especially bad reviews but I Went there when I was 15 to get a normal cleaning done (I'm almost 24 now) they chipped my tooth in the back a week later I noticed so we called they said they didn't and we even went in to show them and they said we can't prove it. So I went to another dentist got a filling then just last year it because a abscessed tooth went got a root canal and still have to get so much more work done on it cause it's now rotting on the front, please rethink this place before you go, I would never wish this on anyone!

I took my 3 year old daughter in to have a filling done on one of her back teeth. Dr Jeremy Richardson and Emily were great. They had such great bedside manner and were so nice to my daughter. They explained everything to her in a way she understood. Emily took her time prior to the Doctor coming in to explain the tools they would be using, the sounds they would make and how it might feel. Dr Richardson was full of energy and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

My Husband and I have been to Healthy Smiles and we both have had excellent experiences! The staff and the dentists are some of the beat around! Mine was an Army dentist and he and had a lot in common with my son being in the Army. Had 5 teeth pulled and then my husband also had a few taken care of! Thank You Healthy Smiles!

I must say that this healthy smiles in Martinsburg West Virginia is one of the worst places I have ever took in my children to the nurses are rude the front desk receptionists are rude they have no respect for no One one thing I can say is the dentist there do work hard with their patients but they really do need to learn some bedside manners and some respect for people because at this time I would never go back there

No reminder calls and as a new patient, i was never told the appointment policy nor was i called to be told i missed the Appointment. I just had a newborn baby so my scheduling is all over the place. I was mailed a piece of paper stating i was on a "same day call in only list". Without even knowing that was the policy or even being treated like a NEW patient unaware of the policy. So thank you for treating me poorly. One star.

Don't bother calling if your a new patient for adult.... they are not accepting none for this year.... even though this year just started.... and mind you my health insurance web page says they are....

Haven been there in about 3 years, so now I'm no longer considered a patient. All the fillings they put in have fallen out and they will not fix them . They also would not see me in those three years bcus they are always booked. Worse dental office ever.

Approach with caution!! I took my daughter into have an extraction they had to stop in the middle of the extraction. Due to infection they said the numbing medicine was not taking full effect. I now have to take her to a different dentist in Winchester on Monday. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone. Very traumatic experience for my daughter and for myself!! They also said they would call her in antibiotics to cvs pharmacy. I go to pick them up and they never called anything in. Very unprofessional!!!
