Omg this place is another level. The doctor is the most lovely and peaceful. My daughter was so nervous and scared, she was crying and she finally finish with a big smile. Love it. thanks Dr. And staff.

The people who work in this office are angels we feel so fortunate they were able to help our son!! Highly recommend!! Because of covid our young children had not seen a dentist in a while and we just relocated here to FL. When my son seemed to have an issue with one of his teeth I was so nervous and scared about what this was or how much it was going to cost because we just moved and hadn't sorted out our new insurance here yet. My son went in for an examination and cleaning, they don't take parents out back with the children which scared me at first but given my own anxiety I think my son did better without my reactions making him nervous. They promised if at any time he was scared they would come get one of us. So the doctor was so incredibly sweet and kind to us she explained that baby teeth can be very weak and susceptible to damage especially if it's hereditary because we were so disappointed that this could happen to our child who rarely eats sweets and brushes every night. Turned out he needed a tooth pulled because of infection so we scheduled it. This office was seamless with scheduling explaining everything the doctor answered every single one of my one million questions and never did she give me one ounce of stress about it. The staff were incredibly sweet loving and understanding with our son who was understandably nervous. They let him bring his favorite stuffy and interacted with him and his stuffy to make things more comfortable. They did an incredible and swift job with the tooth pull and brought us in immediately when it was done to give our son hugs and reassurance. When it was all done they gave us some good tips and were very clear about everything we needed to do. Because we were paying for this out of pocket I expected the worst and they did their best to keep things affordable for us. I want to thank every single person at this office. You all are the best and made this potentially scary situation easier for our family thank you everyone so so much from the bottom of our hearts! Long story short trust healthy smiles because they're the best!!

With my experience the staff had no coaching abilities my 5-year-old was scared to death shaking and crying. I had to go back there to do typical pretend play basic coaching for my daughter to get x-rays or have her teeth brushed. she has experienced a pediatric dentist before and had a very good experience and was very much willing to let them work. This place made her scared to go anywhere. The doctor was really nice but they claimed that my daughter had to go under in order to get a filling done when she had a filling before and didn't need it because she wasn't scared. I don't know everything that happened behind closed doors but i regret going. I would advise the staff to get more coaching and learn how to handle children in order to work at a pediatric dentist office. I will never go back

We have been bringing our 3 children here since they we're in elementary. Dr. Rick is amazing along with her staff. Everyone is informative and straightforward. We haven't had any problems from the get go. We just recently moved to Jacksonville in January and we will not be changing there dentist. They will be staying with Dr. Rick. Don't let the bad reviews determine your experience.

Don't let the bad reviews scare you! I have two little ones that were terrified of the dentist. Once I brought them to healthy smiles for the first time I was a bit nervous because they have to go in all by themselves while you wait in the waiting room. They both walked in crying due to fear but once done they both came out happy saying they aren't afraid anymore. I highly recommend healthy smiles they truly are the best and I can't thank them enough for all they do!

Ive never been to a dentist office that can't perform any dental work ie: fillings . This place also requires you to call Tues - Fri to see if there's any openings so they can do do the work. ( Which there is never an openings) My children have gone over 6 months waiting to have very much needed work done with ZERO phone calls from them. Luckily for my youngest I found a different dental office that was able to fill the cavities. Also my children were due for a 6 month cleaning, last month. No one from this office called to remind us either. Save yourself the trouble and just find someone that can do it all. The hygienist are also very condescending when they talk to you. They act as if you dont know what work has already been done to your child's mouth. When you try to tell them that they get cocky. Would give zero stars if I could.

Just from the very short conversation I had on the phone with whatever receptionist answered was enough for me to be able to tell I do not want to use this dentist office. My first initial phone call was picked up and then hung up immediately. I called back thinking maybe there was an issue with their phones, and then realized the issue was the receptionist. She had an attitude from get-go and spoke so fast I could barely understand her. Her tone automatically says" I don't want to be here". Then she asked for the insurance number and I told her hold on just a second I will pull it up, she immediately said let me place you on hold and I was on hold for almost 10 minutes for something that literally took me two minutes to find. If that is my first impression when I call to make an appointment for my child then I am not interested.

New patient, they didn't even wait for the new patient packet I had to fill out before taking my son back for his appt. They did X-rays and his cleaning, gave him a fluoride treatment, which I said NO too on the new patient packet, if they would of waited until it was completed they would of seen that, or They should of asked me if I had any concerns or questions before they took him, and I wasn't aloud back to the room until the dentist did her exam, which I was told I was aloud back, just not for the X-rays, which is understandable, but that wasn't the case either... so yes I'm very upset... now we have to call everyday and see if anyone canceled, because they are so busy they can't even fill 1 tooth for my son. I'm sorry but I like to set up appts so I can work my schedule out around it, not call and them say oh yeah come right in we have an opening now...sorry that doesn't go well with me.

My son had his first appointment here today and I just want to say I was beyond happy with the care he received. Due to COVID he had to be brought back by himself and I wasn't even hesitant about it, they kept me informed the entire time he was with the Dentist. Amazing staff and service! Definitely recommend!!

My son has been going here for a while now and Dr Adrianna and all of the staff are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable even with COVID-19 protocol in place they are still on top of everything! Thank you guys for being so efficient. I definitely recommend this office.

My son has been going here for a while now and Dr Adrianna and all of the staff are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable even with COVID-19 protocol in place they are still on top of everything! Thank you guys for being so efficient. I definitely recommend this office.

Dr Adriana Rick is amazing! My son has gone there for years. Even though he is now 16 she welcomes him as long as he wants. She and her staff are fantastic with children. Beautiful facility with the colors and decorations kids will love. She has gone out of her way to help to get everything done my son needed. You couldn't find a more giving, generous person. She really deserves 6 stars.

Dr Adrianna is the best! I've been going to her for years now, I went in with a chipped tooth, and she fixed me up the next day. Her associates are all so sweet and inviting as well. I'm going to be sad when I age out :(
