Everyone is very professional. I have seen both dentists and both are great. I finally found a dentist office I trust to work on my teeth. Not to mention they do excellent work. Definitely would recommend to anyone asking.

I have only been to one other dentist in my life. Since I was a kid until about the age of 27- today was my second visit at Healthy Smiles and I feel so comfortable there already. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable- Dr Crist is so sweet but also tells you what you should be doing to better the longevity and health of your teeth, to which I appreciate so much. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist!!

This was my first visit here for both myself and my adult son. Neither of us had been to the dentist in quite a few years so there was a bit of anxiety going in. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to each interaction with the technicians and especially the doctor everyone was welcoming and so friendly. We have definitely found our new dental home. Huge thanks to everyone there and we will be seeing you again soon!

I started going there a year ago since then I had fillings fall out in the front teeth and the fillings have come off about every two months this has happened about 4 or 5 time's when I call I get oh those front teeth. I do not particularly like a needle stuck in my gums. I do not think this is normal so disappointed in this office and now they will not let me have my medical records this is wrong. Everytime my teeth hurt I get so angry for the lack of care Dr. Al-Kassab is the worse thanks for putting me through this misery, toothache bad again tonight

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Crist since 2010. I can't say enough about how amazing the practice is. Each of our children don't throw a fit to go, which makes it even better. When my kids seem nervous about any procedure or work, all of the hygienists and Dr. Crist are patient and reassuring to comfort and calm them. They answer all of the question my kids have openly and honestly, they walk them through the entire process helping with any nerves. I can not recommend this office enough.

Today was my first visit. What an amazing experience! I have been to many dentist offices in my time, Healthy Smile Center is #1 on my list! So glad I made the choice to give them a try!

I have been to Healthy Smile center for several times for various work. Everyone is always very nice and professional. The dentists work very well with their other professionals at the office. They have a lot of updated equipment to provide you with a good assessment of your teeth and dental work required. They werw recommended by my periodontist to finish work on my implants.

My daughter and I were patients of Dr. Crist's for years. I trusted her with my dental care. This ended after I started having problems when she replaced a crown September 2019. Within days I knew something wasn't right, and returned to her 3 separate times. Each time she said that I must have "irreversible nerve damage", and that I would probably need a root canal. She wouldn't even consider any other possibility. I had the root canal a few months later which revealed food inside my tooth. I returned to Dr. Crist and was told I would now need a gum trimming before I could have the crown replaced. So, over 8 months, I had 2 crowns, a root canal and a gum trimming on the same tooth. After much deliberation I decided to file a quality of care claim with Delta Dental. Due to the pandemic, the investigation took extra time. During a follow cleaning with Dr. Crist when I questioned whether I actually needed the root canal, she still did not take any responsibility for anything and stated that, "I don't live inside your mouth!" As if regular chewing would cause food to become trapped inside a crown. Undergoing multiple procedures was stressful and expensive. Dr. Crist did reimburse me for my copay for the initial crown as instructed by Delta Dental, but not for any of the other procedures. Furthermore, she has not apologized for all that I had to undergo. Her response to the entire situation has been very disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend her to any of my friends or family.
