I had a appointment @9AM & the doors were LOCKED. I wait to see if anyone would come up to unlock the door but no one did so I proceed to my car & look up the hours. It says they open at 9:30AM so I'm thinking my appointment for 9AM is a typo. I'm seeing staff walking in preparation to clock in for there shift & it still looks dim in the office. I walk in at 9:30 since the doors were locked when I came at 9AM and I proceeded to check in. The front desk told me I was late. I explained the doors were locked and the nurse implied she walked up from her car to unlock the door. How was "I" a customer... supposed to know that when it looks like everyone is coming in to clock in for there shift. NOW I have to wait to get my extraction done at 3PM due to them being unprofessional. I've been waiting to get this done for a month and 2 weeks. When I got it checked out 2 weeks ago I couldn't get it extracted which is fine but the doctor didn't even give me enough medication until my appointment for my pain.

Let me start from the bottom up. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We were not greeted when we came in, when I approached the window no one offered assistance, I had to say out loud that I was there for a 9:30 appointment. I was then told I could sit down. There was an older woman who came in after me, she stood at the desk waiting to be acknowledged and the person behind the desk asked rudely if she had an appointment. I mean, I don't think people randomly go to dentist offices and stand at the front desk unless they're there to see the dentist. No good morning, how can I help you, just "you have an appointment?". Then the assistant who called us back didn't specify which one of my sons she was calling back so the three of us walked back to the room. When my oldest went to sit down, only then did she say that my youngest was the one she was calling. My youngest is 6 and was a little scared about being there so he wasn't cooperative when she was trying to get him to bite down on the little card for the X-ray. After about three or four tries he was unable to hold it between his teeth steadily. She got frustrated and slammed the equipment closed and left the room. When the dentist came in, he was friendly but my son still was uncomfortable with him using the tools. At one point the wouldn't open his mouth and the dentist attempted to hold my sons head in place and pry open his mouth with his fingers. We will never return. This office obviously is not kid friendly and lacks the patience it takes to deal with children. My son cried when we got to the car because he was scared being there. From the beginning to the end, a bad experience. This was our second time there and definitely the last!!

I hate this place. The Hygienist had a bad attitude every appointment. They gave me a root canal last year that still kinda hurts. A filling they did for me fell out within the first week of having it. They also did a filling that caused pain afterward. I kept complaining. They would do x rays & say they couldn't find anything wrong. I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth from the pain & sensitivity. In October my jaw started hurting & swelled up. Went back to them & they did & said the same thing. They referred me to a OS. Turns out I had a huge crack in my tooth & it was infected. He told me I could have gotten really sick if I hadn't got to him sooner. I had to have to tooth pulled right away. I have nerve damage on that side of my face. Heathy Dental cracked my tooth & ignored my pain for months. I'll never go back to them. Horrible experience.

Horrible work. Filling lasted a month. Before I had the cracked filling replaced I had no gap after replacing, huge gap and asked could I come back to get it fixed. Now the filling has cracked again. These people treat you and the quality of their work based off of your insurance, they are no different then the rest.

They were awful and bad attitude. I don't understand why they hired with awful and bad attitude also definitely unprofessional. They refused to provide an interpreter for appointment or reschedule. They are lack of ADA rights. They don't deserve to have one star. They re ZERO star! Who are disabilities people; recommended you DO NOT go there anymore. The front desk nurse is very unprofessional. I am still not understand why they hired her. The Health Dental of Windsor Mill LLC could have harmful their business.

I had to wait a long time and the dentist messed up my tooth while doing my filling (nicked it several times). Then they told me that they couldn't fill my daughter's tooth because even though they accept children as patients they don't do fillings on baby teeth. We haven't been back since.

I have been calling to make appointments for my 3 kids and my self but everytime i call they put me on hold for over 30 mins and never get back to me , this is so unprofessional

The front desk people were great but the dental assistant was rude and aggressive from the time I walked in the back to the time she did my X-ray I was extremely uncomfortable I really don't want to go back but I have to for my treatment as soon as it's done I'll never return

"Pros": Over all the place was clean, the staff work very fast & efficiently, and lastly I was pleased with my cleaning results... The "Cons" the staff. The front desk receptionist was very rude over the phone, but very pleasant in person. The dental assistant was very flustered but made sure I was comfortable. The Dentist was very rough, came off as rushing and must have been busy or understaffed but the dental assistant wasn't present when came time for my cleaning. Which caused me and the dentist to hold the instruments and water splashing all over my face and neck. Terrible bed side manor." giving me a free shower" .Not to mention they didn't floss my teeth or give me any floss and that was one of the issues I address to the dentist.

Went to see doc had to wait a long time.paid before I saw doctor then told I needed a deep cleaning on the left. Right not so bad a filling had fallen our. I saw her a while back Saud I neede a cap 800. Dollars now she's says can't put cap on tooth needs to be pulled.so I said we can do the cleaning and fill the filling. Waited for about 30 min.someone comes in tells me she can't do me today I need to go out front and make another appointment. So I go out front.they show me the bill and have added what already paid and want me to pay again and I can't get an appointment unless I sign and give consent for her to do the work.i left. The bill 2000.

I've been calling here for a week to schedule an appointment for me and my child . they do not answer the phone and if they do they it's a lady answering machine saying hold and leave you on the phone for hours!! I do not recommend
