My first time at thus dental office. They were very helpful prior to the visit, sent me reminder texts, once a got the staff was super nice, got my x-rays done and my check-up. Every one was super friendly. The office gets a lot of kids and the space has great amenities for them. After the visit they explain to me what where the next steps. Highly recommend.

It is pretty rare that you leave a dental office having enjoyed your visit, and even rarer that you enjoyed it so much you feel compelled to write a review. However, after the superior service at Healthy Dental of Hyattsville, I feel compelled to do exactly that! My initial contact with Healthy Dental was due to my employment at a refugee resettlement agency when Healthy Dental founder, Dr. Madhu Nadimpalli, reached out to me personally expressing his interest in helping recently arrived refugee clients. I've had an incredibly positive relationship with Dr. Madhu and his team, namely finance director Sonya Vega, who proved to be an exceptionally dedicated, patient, and capable partner to our team. From this experience, I decided to become a patient and have never looked back. In most cases neutrality is the best you can hope to feel for your dental office, but I can enthusiastically recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, hospitable, and compassionate team of dental professionals!

I arrived at 10:30 for my appointment. Was not seen until 11:15. My appointment was very rushed and she did not listen to me. I was still talking and the doctor and the assistant just left the room. I didn't even know they left let alone that my appointment was over. Then they gave me a referral for an oral surgeon and NONE of then were in network with my insurance. I have 5 kids that attend there. I will be transferring them to another practice. I have been in the field for many years and their bedside manner and practices are terrible at best. If possible, I'd just finding another place that treats patients with respecr regardless of insurance status because there is a stark difference in between how they treat self pay/PPO patients vs. state aid patients.

I was very pleased with the professionalism from the front desk staff to the xray tech and especially the dentist. I have had some painful experiences at dental offices. I have already recommended friends in search of dental work. I was in and out in no time. Keep up the great work everyone! Thank you all
