First visit, Dr. Robinson and her team are excellent, professional, and caring. The office is clean and elegant. I would highly recommend to my loved ones, colleagues, and friends. Thank you, Dr. Robinson and team! Well done!

I use to love this office as not many providers accept medicaid that are any good. But, I hate it here now. If you're in pain severely it's like "I can't do anything for you, take these pain pills and come back next month". The dentist there come off as very judgemental. That's why so many people end up never going to the dentist because of how rude they are or poor experiences. I really wish their turn around wasn't so high and they could be consistent. Personally, if I find another good office I won't return here

These people did a cleaning and that went fine, the dentist said the only thing I needed was 2 fillings.. went back for the fillings that another dentist did and haven't been right since... he pushed the filling in my wisdom tooth so far that its sitting on my nerve then the work was done so sloppy that the stuff from the filling is on other teeth as well. I've been in pain and taking medication and now I have to spend more money to get the tooth pulled... I mean I literally had no problems with my teeth at all before he touched them...

Hit or miss with their customer service. The don't answer phones most of the time. Don't leave messages when they call, but when you call them they get smart with the "we tried to call you". Voice-mail is a thing in 2021, but I digress. They used to send confirmation texts for those who aren't always phone available but I guess that is a hit or miss with who is admin at the time. I do like that the place is renovated and relatively clean compared to most dental practices. The have a revolving door with dentists so you get different feedback every time you visit. They're mostly young and friendly... some can be judgmental like most young doctors new to the area. They just assume Overall decent for the area.

I decide to go here to get my teeth cleaned today BIG mistake. 1. I called before to see what the precautions where for covid... got a attitude. 2. The wait time was horrible my appointment was at 11:35 I didn't get out of the office until after 1pm. 3. My cleaning was sooo rushed my teeth where not cleaned properly she cleaned my teeth for a total of maybe 5 min no flossing nothing. I didnt even care to bring concerns to the staff because I would have probably gotten attitude with nothing in return please avoid. Definitely will not return

Do not go to them for crowning. It will come out and then they will charge a large fee to redo what they should have done correctly the first time. I definitely will not be returning.

I have reached out to the District Heights Location TEN times today. Not one time was my call answered. I sent the online inquiry as well as an email and even confirmed with the Landover location that District Heights was opened today. As a Dental office manager myself, I find this to be extremely unprofessional and off-putting. After I sent an email I tried calling again...this time their "COVID-19 Office closed greetings" stating that the office would reopen in April of 2020 were now being played instead of the original VM greeting. - do not waste your time or insurance benefits on this office...

Professional and top notch all the way around. I highly recommend this location. Due to previous dental trauma I am not an easy patient. I had a root canal the dentist and his assistant were extremely kind and patient. His assistant even wiped aways some tears. The dentist had a very calming demeanor and kept saying "it's ok" every time I jumped. Can't praise this team enough. enough

I hate that I have to rate them so low, as they typically are good. I went in today for a cleaning. I waited a month for the opening and while making the appointment I specifically asked what safety procedures they were taking due to COVID. I was told I would have to come ON TIME as they were only seeing two patients at a time. I was told they would prescreen as well. I arrived at 10:55. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00. Upon arrival there were three other individuals in the lobby waiting. I decided to wait outside to be called, as I assumed the wait wouldn't be long. I literally waited nearly forty mins outside to be called in and wait an additional thirty mins in the chair. The office was full. So full that I had to wait to get an xray, because the xray machine in the room I was in did not work, and all of the rooms were full. I had to leave before getting an xray because I had to get back to work by 1 and it was already 12:45. I don't know who is over OPERATIONS but they need to consider all stakeholders safety. They put a lot of people in danger by packing us all in the office at once. The temperature check is not sufficient as some people may be asymptomatic.

In a time like covid you should be safe and show your patients how they can be safe. not getting in my face with no mask on and walking around with no mask on and laughing and giggling with no mask on. Very Unprofessional and Very Unsafe!!!!!!!

Poor service. Sister went for a cleaning, dentist stated she didn't have one of the scraping tools so she proceeded to 'clean' the teeth with a toothbrush!!! Teeth weren't cleaned. I was not satisfied she told me to come back for another cleaning.
