October 22 update: Still recommended. Best service rendered in professional manner. Look no further. I tried four other dentist in the high desert. Dr Hu is the best by far, and have been taking care of me last 5 years. Firmly recommended. Teeth cleaning annually, teeth filling, deep cleaning (first time with no bleeding and pain).

She is a good Dr. I just moved back nd my son requested that I take him back to her.. Thank u for make my son feel comfortable to want to come back to u..see u soon

Awful Customer Service. I had a scheduled appointment. I showed up to be denied service and told to come back another day . This was after I waited an hour. The dentist stated she did provide service by taking X-ray . She showed lack of interest in treating me for a filing that was needed. I explained to her I was in pain when I made the appointment and the day of service. I am a woman of color and was belittled in front of not only my 12 year old daughter but also in front of other patients who were in the office . She seemed to have more interest in assisting and helping the White males who were in the office. This was my experience on my first visit as a new patient. I will never go back .

I'm a WOC and I have always had excellent service from Dr. Hu. She is quick, but effiecient, goes above and beyond, really cares about her patients, works with you financially. May God prosper her business.
