I am very pleased to give a review to Dr. Jinkim of Healthy Smiles on Plank Rd., regarding the recent work he did on my teeth. Even though he has not yet completed my mouth, I am quite pleased with his gentle, careful and very meticulous dental work. He and his staff are professional and pleasant! I love his Dental Assistant!

After making the appointment from our last visit I was unable to see the dentist today. I was told due to the fact I have braces I can't get a general cleaning. After I was told on my last appointment to book the general cleaning. I booked online and my appointment wasn't confirmed today Mayer of fact i don't have an appointment the last time I was seen was in may 2015 so they say.

From the receptionist to the back office crew.... honest good people. Straight forward. Dental work is pricey but honestly they are reasonable. U leave with a care plan and rates . The options are laid out right then and there. Very knowledgeable and gentle because I fear the dentist from prior experiences!

I love Healthy Smiles the group of women when u enter the building is pleasant to talk to.And the team in the back where the dentist is very friendly. And also the Dentist himself has a pleasant smile and a good bed side manner and so helpful in fixing your problems.Great customer service.

Front desk receptionist is beyond rude with a horrible attitude. Appt was set for 8am. The staff finally arrived at 8:20 to unlock the doors. Horrible customer service, nothing was organized. I will NEVER return .
