AWFUL experience here. I had a permanent retainer, glue broke on one tooth so I called to make an appt to get it fixed, I explained to the lady that last time this happened the teeth moved within a couple days, so it was very urgent. She scheduled me 10 days out. The morning of my appt my daughter was taken in an ambulance, so I obviously had to cancel. I told her that the tooth was really moving and I needed to get in quick. She told me she was sorry but the only appt was another week out. Appointment day- I go in and the doctor is not only disgusting with visible chunks of wax in his ears, he's RUDE! he proceeds to tell me they won't reglue my retainer, because my teeth moved. Then proceeds to tell me it's going to cost over $1500 (minimum) to fix. I asked him to please just glue it where it is so that the other teeth don't move. I argued the point, and he said he would talk to his office manager... doctor goes and talks to office manager and comes back and tells me it's his call to make and he refuses to glue it. Talk about trying to get money out of people. Yuck. Clear your ears and learn some customer service!

Deserves less than 1 star, Dr Harrison is truly awful and incompetent. Do not recommend coming here, you will be very unhappy. Yes
