Everyone here was great and I finally had a positive experience going to the dentist . Thank you Kayla and Dr Rahman I appreciate you both and yay finally I can sleep at night ,no more throbbing

The front desk service is terrible, the lady for billing gave me a lot of attitude and was not helpful at all. When asked about billing stuff she said to speak with dentist specialist instead. I would have appreciated being greeted more kindly without the attitude. Overall doctor was able to answer my questions and concerns, so that was nice.

I have been going here for ortho for braces for a few years and they have been pretty rude over the phone often, and they don't listen to any problems I have going on with my teeth. Its very frustrating as I was told to "deal with the imperfections" I still have when they have been causing me pain every day for months, for what could be an easy fix. But I am just pushed aside like they are tired of seeing me come in and want to rush the braces off. They took the braces off even though some teeth still hit bad... I thought the point of the braces was to fix those kind of things. There are only a couple ortho assistants who've been nice and understanding to me but the rest never listen and make me feel crazy. I know my body and my teeth and what should be done yet they don't seem to care even when they have me to the point of tears. Very unprofessional here in my opinion. I don't want to come back

It's true for all the bad reviews what others are saying about this place at this location, very unprofessional and doesn't do their work. I don't usually do reviews cause it's just a waste of my time but this just has to be put out there! Look elsewhere for your service.

Skilled surgeons, (thank you so much Dr. Tiwana!). Excellent. Wonderful experience. So happy that HealthPartners has this clinic. Setting up a treatment plan and over many months returning into the great care of Dr. Tiwana and staff, couldn't be more pleased with the excellent care. And a great thank you to the hygienist who sent me there! Difficult, difficult problems and they handled deftly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Place is terrible. I waited forever see the dentist. Then receptions. Tried refer me to another place when my insurance was at health partners place strange I reported them member services. How I was treated. Bad. Even dentist was rude. Receptionist crazy

awesome experience not sure what was going on in the past comments but i was there today staff were great dentist even got me in to do the work the same day very good place nice location building smells fresh and clean also noted staff disinfecting lobby area which was nice to say all around this place is awesome !

Just got my wisdom teeth out this morning. I was a little nervous upon arrival, but everything went so smoothly! Such nice nurses, can't say enough good things about their sense of humor and kindness before the procedure. Made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Rahman was amazing and very personable ! I would definitely recommend to others! No complaints! My healing seems to be going smoothly as well.

I had my consultation here. The people were nice explaining my options. Before I could make an appointment they needed a referral, which I sent them. The day of the appointment they took the SAME X-ray and expected me to pay for it. If they were going to take an X-ray why on earth would they want me to send them a referral? I am confused. To make matter worse when I called to get a copy of my X-ray the front desk put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. She then told me I needed to sign the release form but didn't explain how I would do that to be able to get a copy. My complaint is to the front desk. They don't have a good costumer service. I know health partners is great, but you guys need to fix this IMMEDIATELY!!! You are loosing patients because of this problem. As for my treatment I am going somewhere else because I feel much better knowing I will be in good hands.

The dental work they do here is completely fine and professional. However, like many previous posts I have complaints about the front desk receptionist. She is rude and condescending. In order for this establishment to thrive she needs to act professional and stop being disrespectful! Her attitude and treatment of patients alone deters people from seeking dental work here. I hope her supervisor can have a word with her ! She is utterly rude!!

The front desk lady is rude! I tried calling in for a follow up appointment after my wisdom teeth were removed, because I was worried about having dry socket, and she told me I didn't have dry socket because I wasn't experiencing severe pain in my mouth, so i kept calling to eventually get checked in 3 days later and turns out I did have dry socket! and the dentist have cleaned me up and gave me some medicine for home, I really appreciated the "DENTIST" that work there, something needs to change how the front desk talks to you

Service is terrible . My daughter, she has a dental appointment here. She is 6 years old. she has 2 tooth decay. But at the first visit, the dentist did not fill her. 2 weeks of re-examination will fill. scheduled an appointment for the next time, but the staff at the front desk did not tell us the location of the examination will change. Today we scheduled to arrive quite early, but the receptionist did not let us check-in, they told us to check-in on time. After that, we checked-in and they said Arden Hills was not the meeting place here, but rather : 8515 Eagle Point Blvd Lake Elmo, MN 55042. This means that we are moving to a new location which means we are late for our appointment. And when they arrived they apologized for their wrong side for not reporting the appointment location with us. and the household rescheduled it until the end of the month. While my daughter is only 6 years old, the tooth decay will get worse if it is not cleaned and filled in time. But from the first appointment until she gets treated it will be 1 month. they are at fault, but they don't want to fix it. I'm just sorry to let it go. If the front desk staff let us check-in early maybe we will know the problem soon and not be late. Our daughter won't wait too long to be treated. A big chain of hospitals, but there are some people who make customer service so bad. I felt like we weren't that concerned. Our feeling is not that of their customers. bad and bad

Dr. R was great. There was miscommunication about billing, but it was handled pretty quickly. My wisdom teeth extraction site healed nicely. I would recommend Dr. R to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth removed!!!

I needed a root canal and have severe TMJ and could hardly open my mouth. I was terrified for the procedure. I had Dr. Koratkar and he was amazing. I literally did not feel a thing. Him and the hygienist kept making sure I was okay because of my jaw. I wanted to hug the hygienist because she was so kind, but Covid.
