I'm a dentalphobe.....I found an amazing dentist (Woodbury Dental Care) that showed me what real, professional dentistry is. My employer switched to Healthpartners dental insurance - I went to the Woodbury office 3 times for a cleaning (they wanted to do an abridgment) After the 3rd appointment, I left in tears. I'm not a baby when it comes to pain, but my hygienist was hurting me. I went back to Woodbury Dental Care two weeks later, they completed a cleaning, and today I got a crown. No pain - NONE, and they happily stopped when I needed them to. It may cost more, but if you are a dentalphobe like me, please call Woodbury Dental Care. I promise you won't regret it. You get what you pay for, and if you are feeling pain, you need a better dentist.

I have been going to this clinic for many years. I can truthfully say that I have never had a bad experience there. My present dentist, Dr. Arora, is a gem. On the few occasions I could not see her, the other dentists who helped me were excellent, as well. The dental hygienists, assistants, and receptionists/schedulers are friendly, hard-working, and very competent.

I had to switch dental providers because I could no longer go to my original dentists because of insurance. Health Partners dental is probably the hardest dental place to get an appointment. I've had them 3 years and have been trying to get the same tooth fixed since I switched. I finally get an appointment for it to get a crown put on and when checking in they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it and I'm going to have to pay in full up front. No one has $1400 dollars to pay up front with no prior knowledge they needed that money for it. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance if I would of known I needed that money a month ago I could of planned for it. Worst dental place ever! I've had nothing but problems with it for the last 3 years.

My experience lasted 1 phone call, trying to pay for an exttaction but the receptionist wouldn't talk to me because they don't take my insurance. All I asked is if there was an opening today and still wouldn't know. I WAS TRYING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET!

Helpful. State of the art equipment. Unlike some private dentists there is no pressure to sell you unnecessary procedures.

The facility is clean and wait times are short. Receptionists are kind, helpful, and almost always able to accommodate any problem or schedule. The dental assistants and dentists that I have seen are nice and knowledgeable as well. I think they go above and beyond here, which is a rarity these days for dental clinics.

Receptionist was so condescending I changed course and made an appointment at a different clinic. Can't review services- but I can't imagine it would be a welcome feeling at this office.
