I've called and asked several for a pano X-ray to be sent to me and they still haven't done it .. this is ludicrous.. it should not take this long , it literally takes 2 minutes to send and X-ray .. I can not believe this is happening right now .. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog!!!!

Had a scheduled appointment a few weeks ago and got a call today with a cancellation with the next available date about a month from my Orginal scheduled date. Far from ideal and definitely unprofessional.

This clinic has been one my favorite dental in the entire state of MN. Until I had a phone conversation with kayle (not sure of the spelling). She told me to go somewhere else because they have critical staffing issues. She was so unprofessional. Everyone has been nice. Please be kind and professional to your customers. She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers. This receptionist is RUDE. Read other reviews about her

Scheduled an appointment for 11:20 am and have been waiting over 45 minutes and have not yet to be taken in to see a dentist whats the point of an appointment if we aren't gonna be seen at the scheduled time. Do not recommend.

I was a little nervous for my double tooth extraction. EVERYBODY was SO nice. I was awake during the procedure and felt very minimal pain. It's now eight hours after the procedure and I have felt no pain. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend

Very disappointed in the service I wanted, Needed caps replaced on two of my teeth and they want to sell me $52,000 to recap on all my teeth. I am 75 years old, if I live another 5 years that would cost me $10,000 a year. My retirement income from Social Security is only $36,000 a year.

Dentists and hygienists are great but office must be short staffed and they seem to have separate systems for everything. Phone rings forever. Then someone would answer to put you on hold. When I finally get to a person, they are not the right person to help. The person who makes the ortho appointments can't help with dental appointments, the billing person in one office can't help you with a billing question from another office. Called yesterday and got transferred 5 times for a simple question. Seems like Health Partners needs to invest in a computer system that allows their office staff to access the information they need in order to be more helpful.

Everyone at this clinic (front desk, hygienist, and dentist) was super friendly and welcoming. They took extra time to explain things to me when I had questions, advised me on common insurance coverage, and explained why they were doing the things they were doing. They were also clear when their recommendations were optional but gave reasons for giving them. I'd definitely recommend this clinic - they raised the bar for dental care in my opinion.

Had wisdom teeth removed at this location. The staff were super pleasant, the doctor was so friendly and relaxing, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Definitely one of my better dental experiences.

The phone process for making an appointment is ridiculous. On the phone for 15 minutes just to be told I can't even get my kids in for an appointment this summer and I can't get a cleaning at my first appointment. Forget it!! Don't bother.
