Share Details: understatement, Dr.Narang did two fillings and I will never have her do them again, 1 small one and 1 big one, the small one she made big by drilling, drilling and drilling, drilled some more and I could feel the nerve as she was packing the filling in, now with my gums sore, and hurts to chew since day one I Have to get it pulled!

Hands down this place deserves its flowers! Vanessa and May made me feel extremely comfortable and the comfort they provided to me was exactly what I needed. I went in for a bad toothache that I was told needed a root canal procedure for. YAAAA NO! Dr Vanessa and May right away told me it needed to be removed due to infection. And to be honest with everyone that is what I wanted. I cried like a baby lol and felt so embarrassed. (The crying was just nerves) The extraction went wonderful, no pain just a lot of pressure. I vocalized that I prefer to be talked through the procedure step by step and the doctor did just that. I walked out saying "you saved my life" lol that's truly how I felt. Quick and painless. Thank you to both Dr Vanessa and May. One day I will bring you two goodies!!!

Smaller health partners dental clinic. But needless to say, the receptionist who checked me in for my dental appointment, Jenny, I think that was her name, was really nice and welcoming. She answered all my questions and concerns with great pride and straight-forward with billing and co-pays and how it works. Dental Hygienist Fatumo and my dentist Dr. Vanessa was very gentle with cleaning my very sensitive wisdom that hurt with a slight touch prior to arriving for my appointment. They did a marvelous job Thank you

After a way-too-long absence, I went and had my teeth cleaned this morning at this dental clinic. The young gentleman who did the cleaning was awesome! He was very professional and very skilled at his work, plus being very personable. The entire staff is considerate and friendly.

I went there Monday, January 28 2019 and was to have a root canal done. Prior to the dentist working in my mouth there were xrays done but for some reason the dentist started working in my mouth anyway then stated that the tooth had 3roots and she was not trained to deal with 3roots. So she filled the tooth after excessively working on it and sent me home with no pain meds nor antibiotics. Why she even started in the 1st place I'd never understand because xrays before hand should have stood out. I should have known not to let her in my mouth because prior to the procedure she was not at all friendly nor wanted to answer concerning questions. What type of doctor tells their patient to use google? I said google isn't always right and shouldn't I speak of concerns with my doc vs google. She then still avoided the question and stated that there are some things right on google. Guess I was to use my deciphering skills to configure and self diagnose through Google instead of having what was suppose to have been my professional health provider whom got paid to address my concern but failed to do so. Just terrible on so many levels!

Doctor Nadine Yacoub is the best dentist in the world, she's really patient, kind, compassionate and very concerned about her patient. I seem to have anxiety every time I go to the dentist. She was so patient with me she didn't rush me she didn't have attitude. She talked me through it. It was almost like I was talking to a therapist. She didn't give up on me. She really help me. She's the best! I'm not lying, I recommend her to anybody who may be a lil frighten about going to the dentist Thank you so much Doctor Nadine your the best! God bless you! I also want to give a shout out to her assistant who was helping her she was excellent.

I originally gave them a one star because we had a lack of communication when it came to my appointment that had been canceled without me being notified. However I called this morning and the receptionist was very helpful with helping me get my son scheduled. Hopefully this time everything goes well. Update 6/19/19 the staff was very friendly! We really felt welcomed from the receptionist down to the Dental assistant. So glad we came back and was seen by Health Partners! 5 Stars all the way!

Dr. Dubois ( hopefully I spelled that right) is great! Her staff is very personable and friendly. I bring my kids here and they love it!
