They cannot differentiate epilepsy from a learning disabilty. WOW Was told by their New member administrator that they only took clients with a disabilty. Spent 5 weeks submitting papers, getting consent forms from my hospital, and medical documentation just to be told that they only take those with learning disabilities by someone else. THEN! After I asked them why I was misinformed they told me that I was misinformed AGAIN and that I DID qualify. So of course I was happy and canceled other applications... just to be told AGAIN that I did not qualify. A pathetic and unprofessional circle jerk of misinformation I am baffled that their employees are so uninformed that they didn't know the difference between the two, and also didn't know to communicate that to me.
