My partner went in because his teeth were breaking and in immense pain. They did not give him any antibiotics, and gave him three days worth of pain killers to last three MONTHS. Find somewhere else.

I just wanted to say it is hard as heck to get In to see the dentist when you have an Emergency and are needed to be seen in a hurry they need to change the policy because called for a friend about an hour ago and couldn't get anywhere and couldn't get her into see a dentist so I had to call another dentist and they got her In and took all her Info over the phone and got her an appointment so this dental clinic needs to do some changes for real to their policy on getting new patients in to see the dentist

Every nice staff all around. The team knows what there doing. Both me and kids go there, I really recommend for anyone to drop in.

The gals at the front desk are terrible! I had an appt set up for almost 3 months. I get there (i live an hour away!) to find out THEY cancelled my appt! The girl lied to me saying she called the other contact because they couldnt reach me. Which is b.s. my numbers been the same for over a year. My emergency contact hadnt gotten any vm like she claimed either! Screw this place! Go to McPherson GraceMed!

My experience: I Visit them for my deep cleaning, I was told that they gone do in 4 appointments which is okay from my side . First 2 appointments went well, but with the 3rd appointment they made me to wait for 20 mins and with 4th she is in rush and didn't concentrate on her work 100% and she messed with my teeth. While she is working on my teeth I told her right away its hurting me. Then she is like oh i think the numb power is gone that could be the reason for hurting. I came home and it still hurts me a lot i cant drink water or eat anything. I called them and explained the same. I visit them again Dr examine my teeth and he suggested to a specialist for root canal. And he said he wont work on root canal part, It's was strange to me. I feel like they mess my teeth and they cant fix it. They billed me around 600$ and i paid some of it. Because its hurting me so i gave them a call and explained they considered to wave my bill. But the thing is i was not comfort because of the teeth pain. The main thing is there is no gab between the teeth before i visit them but now there formed a very big gap like a coin can easily will fit in that gap. And i still have the teeth pain. I'm scared to visit another dr now. :(

Was told they took my insurance and I would have no problem getting everything in one place. 3 days after his appointment I was told to seek treatment else where but if I get Kancare they could help. My family earned our insurance. I called to make sure I wouldn't be billed for my daughters appointment and there's no records of me being turned away. I informed them my son was hospitalized bc we didn't get his care and the lady started getting rude. She said they don't push Kancare and that it's not their fault my son was hospitalized. I'm filing a complaint with my insurance.

I only give this because most of the doctors are excellent but there is always an exception! My son got sick a an appt w/one of his doctors & threw up all over the bathroom. Well another doctor (who happens to be the one I see @ this office started screaming), "I'm not cleaning that up over & over like a white girl who was trying to act ghetto! Well of course my son doctor looked a me & told me it was okay & to get him home all the while looking @ her j the rest of the staff like she was crazy. The sad part is I started to go in & clean it up myself until she did that. I did not think that was in her job description to clean up after patients. Isn't that what the CNA's do? I'm just glad I haven't seen her around town because all etiquette is off! I made my next dr. appt. @ Newton Medical & will be transferring my records but I love my kids dr. so they will be staying there. No need for them to pay because of one worthless dr.

Fantastic all around service. Dental services are offered here, as well as Medical and Mental. Imaging services for Medical are referred out to other places. Otherwise a great place for health needs at lower prices. Medicaid is accepted here, as well as private insurances. Staff are friendly, professional and talented. Keep up the great work!
