Dr. Om Chainani is very gentle. Makes sure the procedure is painless. He also responds to emailed questions. The staff are also very nice.

I just had a tooth extracted I was so scared the dentist was extremely nice as well as everyone else in the dentist office from when you walk in to when your being treated 10/10 I will be back . I felt no pain at all the dental assistant definitely calmed me down and I appreciated that . Dentist and all his assistants were great I freaked out for nothing thanks again HDR dental !!

He did a root canal with an infection in the gum .Went to different Dentist had to have the tooth removed.

Excellent service ... I got bad pain and they accepted walk-in and the doctor was really patience and informative... and very quick service and good service..I keep go to this clinic from now and will take my whole family there .. Thank you to all staff for taking me ..it's really hard for me to find dentist for emergency..

The providers are very pleasant, they are thorough. Their receptionists however are very unprofessional and sarcastic. On many occasions they made mistakes booking appointments for the correct time or date and then the patient is talked down to for the confusion.

It was my first time in the dental office it was a beautiful experience I didn't feel nothing I do not like going to the dentist because I had a bad experiences but with this place I gave it a try and everything went well I appreciate it that he was very gentle with my mouth thank you so much for removing my truth I will definitely recommend him and I will be going black for more work thank you

The doctor and staff are great! I had to park a bit far away with the meters, but the staff let you go refill everything so you don't miss the work needed at your appt!

Doctor Tenenbaum and Chainani were so patient with me! I did not want to go to SIUH for my dental work but I found a quick appointment here. Convenient for my bus route for work.

Doctor Chainani has no clue what he is doing. Treated a small cavity with him , I previously had no pain on the tooth whatsoever. After he did a filling, I was in pain whenever chewing so I went back to him and he told me I needed a root canal. How could a small cavity turn into a root canal overnight when it never hurt in the first place? I've been in pain for months now and have been going back and forth to 3 separate dentists because of what he did. I've been told multiple times I don't need a root canal but clearly he did something wrong and instead of just re-doing the filling, of course he suggests getting a root canal because that's more money in his pocket.
