Had a 10am appointment for dental cleaning, I waited 1hr and 20 mins until they started the cleaning, which took 10 mins, and finally left the office 2 hours later. Ridiculous and unprofessional in my opinion.

I had to have some extensive work done with new crowns and veneers and I know something about the business because I have taken care of my teeth for a long time thanks to my parents when I was younger and common sense now that I am older. I can honestly tell you that this dental company by far exceeded my expectations with a perfect job on all of my teeth and for very very very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly kind considerate and courteous. I highly recommend them and I think the new management has done a great job!

Dr Glenn is awesome with kids a great addition to Hazlet dental. HE is so kind and caring with kids. I bring my grandson here and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. My grandson has no problem going to the dentist everyone there is friendly and makes our office visits pleasurable. We know a couple of Dr Glenn's favorite snacks so we will be bringing him a goodie bag next visit.

The worst office ever. Had an appointment for a 5pm , office sends a confirmation txt one week before. I confirm. Office calls 2 hrs before appt to tell me they have to reschedule because "they've been trying to call me to confirm" that is not true. I did not receive any phone calls or messages. Terrible office staff, no idea how to manage appointments. I make arrangements to leave work early and they cancel and blame it on me. Just be honest and say you over booked or something. Terrible stay away.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the guy who cleaned my teeth was amazing. I made an appointment for 11am with someone who guaranteed me I would be getting my teeth cleaned. (Literally ended the call like "your teeth cleaning is scheduled for this day"). When I got there I was told my appointment was for 12, I went along with it, but looked at the confirmation email and it said 11. I was seen and after x-rays I was told my teeth wouldn't be cleaned that day, the person who does this kind of cleaning wasn't in that day, it was illegal to clean my teeth without this particular specialist, and there was no way someone would guarantee to me over the phone that it would get cleaned. (I was offended because what reason would I have to lie). I was distraught as I took off of work for this particular purpose and confused as to how someone, that works there, on the phone would guarantee this to me and it not be possible. It ultimately worked out (thank God), but I was there from 11-3:30. Notably, I understand there are procedures and I appreciate them making an effort to make things work out, but I think the lack of communication made this appointment super frustrating. The people who answer phones there need to be better trained. They also told me that the number they have on my file didn't work, which was weird because my phone is always working. Thank you so much to the doctor that ultimately cleaned my teeth and the girl that did the suction thing (she was super sweet) I literally had an amazing experience once I was seen. I wish I didn't have to say anything negative but I was super frustrated, anxiety was high, and a little upset. All is good now and I will be back, I really hope my next appointment is less stressful.

Had work done then had a appt for 1 week later for another filling and a cleaning, show up a hr late due to medical transportation and they refuse to see me, usually I have to wait a hr in the waiting room anyway. So then I ask for a new appt and it's 2 months later! I've been coming here for years and never had this problem, I'm about to just start searching for another dentist

Dont even bother they do terrible work,,I wasnt able to finish with my work ,,and what's worse they'll try to scam u to pay for work that ur insurance covers if u dont do ur homework and contact ur insurance company,,stay away,,the dentists themselves are so rude and incompetent they'll start work and half way through they'll destroy ur teeth,,and they'll take money from ur insurance as if they did the work thats exactly what happened to me now I'm walking around in complete mess,,stay away from this place at all cost

This place really puts the waiting into waiting room. Especially on Fridays. The main doctors at the place are very nice and chill with you. Some of the workers do seem to be rushing, but rarely have I had a mistake happen. Overall not that bad, but my patience is low.

Terrible service from the front desk!! The worst serve I have ever received from a dental office! Phones are rarely answered. The answering machine is rarely on to leave a message. When you leave a message no one ever calls you back. They leave you sitting in the waiting room for over an hour because they forget you are there. Then they have the audacity to try and reschedule you after you already wasted a day and took off from work to be available at their limited hours of operation. They also have policies in place to cancel your appointment if you are late and fees they charge if you cancel on them but they do not feel they have to be on time for your appointment nor do they give you a discount for their cancellations. For what they charge for dental service they should be providing excellent customer service every time and treating their clients a lot better than this. I will never use this dentist again!

I've had a bunch of work done here . The dentists are great ! The one problem i have is i pay a bunch of money then they tell me i have to bring my own mask . It's like 10 cents a mask . That's some Flim flam

We love the staff & dentists here! Made my sons experience getting braces a breeze! If your apprehensive about dentists GO HERE! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Service isn't good. The dentist has rescheduled me multiple times do to failed work. I do not recommend the headache you will have with this place

They HAVE to do something about their phones! They never answer. I've been going here for maybe 3 or so years and it's gotten way worse. Sometimes I can't get a hold of someone for a day or two and that's with calling every hour or so. If you do get a hold of someone, you're then placed on hold for 10 mins. I just don't understand why no one answers the phones. Seems other people are reviewing with the same issue. I can't imagine how many people are fed up with this. It's impossible to make a cleaning appt because they're all booked up for months so I just made mine 6 months old knowing I wouldn't be able to if I waited too long. Fortunately I don't USUALLY wait too long once I check in for my appts and once you're in, the staff is friendly but forget about waiting for someone after your appt to make another appt.. that takes forever too. They're just clearly understaffed but book so many people that they have to figure something out. I just started seeing Dr. Reck who is new and he's very sweet, considerate, and an overall great guy. Staff is in and out but I'm hoping this place will get better soon... there's not many options with our insurance currently and my husband and I both go here

The WORST. I have a phobia of the dentist and they said Medicaid covered nitrous for my root canal. They made me wait until I was almost ready to get the procedure done to tell me that the Endodontist cannot work with nitrous oxide. This happened to me before there, only I paid for it out of pocket and the dentist ripped it off during the procedure and told me to "take a Xanax" the staff is so unprofessional, they also charge you more than they say they are going to if you are self pay. Everytime I went there was always an issue also - don't go here!! They also don't pull teeth because they were sued for pulling the wrong tooth out on a previous patient!!

Patient for 1 year. I plan to change to a different dental office. To the owner: Addressing your booking and receptionist procedures will address the majority of my complaint and based on other reviews, theirs as well. "Lead times" and "Lag times" need to be factored for your appointments to reduce wait times, and additional receptionist staff will also help, otherwise additional training for current staff. Chief complaint: inability to contact the office to make appointments. Excessive hold times, typically 15 minutes up to a half an hour. At times the call is dropped and you have to call again to enter queue. I've driven to the office to make an appointment as the phone is not a reliable method. Upon arriving for your appointment time, you may have to wait up to an additional hour to be seen from your appointment time. Once the office asked if I could reschedule after having waited for an hour because they were too busy with other patients.
