My experience with Dr Arora has been really great. She comes with exponent experience. Dr. Arora does her job and comes with extreme knowledge to her experience. Their new office comes with in hand freshness and professional environment. The insurance personnel is professional in her work experience with filing for insurance claims and further appointment. I have known her personally for 8 years since I first got my tooth treated from her and would recommend every other to get treated with such professional and well experienced hands.

Dr. Arora is the best dentist I have ever been to! I followed her from her old office and I'm so glad she has her practice now. I cannot recommend her enough. Her whole team is great especially the front desk receptionist Gabriella is amazing. Overall great office!

Overall my experience with Dr Arora was good. She took over the practice from a previous dentist who had moved on to another location. Dr. Arora is very gentle, thorough and explains every steps to my entire appointment. The receptionist/insurance personnel is professional and also extremely knowledgeable to explaining every aspects to my insurance and appointment. I understand the office is newly taken over and there is some fine-tuning with training staff and fluidity of the office.

My children and I all had appointments today. However noone called to let us know the dentists couldn't see us as he wasn't feeling well! Someone should had called BEFORE I arrived. Very unprofessional!

Bad service! Rude to my mother and they're wanting her to pay for a crown upfront? Where do they get the nerve? The owner is nowhere to be found. Get a second opinion. These people are crooks!

I'm visiting from out of town, but the office staff got me in early for a toothache (on Saturday). The practice is close to my sister's home, accepted my insurance and worked me in. The dental assistant was kind & considerate and the doctor was informative, thorough & gentle. If i lived here I would make this practice my regular dental provider.
