Dr. Jack Tsai grew up right across the bridge from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University New Brunswick with a Bachelor of the Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, an ivy league university. Before settling here in Northern California, he was practicing in Washington D.C and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tsai is very passionate about dentistry and his patients. He believes everybody deserves the chance to have a perfect smile and strives to provide that on a daily basis. He practices with the highest of morals and treats all his patients with respect.
Dr. Tsai continues to enhance his dental techniques every year. He continually attends extensive courses in implant and cosmetic dentistry. This has enabled him to provide his patients with a very large range of dental care.

Dr. Tsai, is an incredible dentist! He explained my deep cleaning procedure extremely thoroughly and answered all my questions. His office is super neat and clean all the staff is super sweet. My experience was 5/5 stars and recommend him.

By far the best tooth extraction experience I've ever had. Doctor is very careful and makes sure you are comfortable and not In pain what so ever. Did not feel a single pain or discomfort at all I will forsure be coming back for further treatment.

I found this place through my dental insurance from my job. It's been such a pleasant experience coming here! All the staff are very attentive, professional and friendly over all. Dr. Tsai is awesome! He explained everything to me on my check up appointments so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. I recommend this place to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a new dentist who was closer to me vs. across the bridge. I'm glad I came across Dr.Tsai and his team. I was able to book my appointment quickly, get seen on time and be shown exactly what needs to be done with my teeth. Dr. Tsai made sure to explain to me my treatment in a clear and concise way and gave me room to ask questions. He was super friendly and so was his staff. Lastly, the office is super up to date and very clean which is another major plus!

I have been a patient here for the past several months and Dr. Jack Tsai is AMAZING! He's seen me for a tooth extraction, a root canal (so smooth that I fell asleep), and we are doing an implant too (which is healing well and pain free). Each procedure has been easy breezy and painless. I love coming for my Dentist appointments. The ladies in the office, Stephanie and Osmara, are so lovely and sweet. I love that you can communicate thru text with them about scheduling or questions or concerns about after care. Once I sent a photo of my extraction site because it did not look cute. They assured me with Dr. approval that it was fine and just swolle . I just feel like they really cared about me. I even love that you can watch Netflix while waiting in the room too. Everything about this place is what anyone can ask for when seeing a dentist. Fabulous customer service and great professionalism is what I saw on each of my visits. The dentist is very polite and will often ask how I am during the procedure. You can tell they are not just there doing their job, but that they also care for their customers. I recommend this dentistry to everyone. As a bonus, they have television and allow us to browse through their streaming apps which always makes each visit a pleasant one.

My husband's first visit to Hayward Dental Arts with Dr. Tsai was very successful. He was thorough and gave us a cost that was fsir and acceptable to us. The staff was very accommodating since my husband is in a wheel chair due to Parkinson disease. They were extremely helpful getting him situated. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a fair and honest evaluation of their needs.
