Dr. Hayes grew up in Biloxi, Mississippi. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1993 from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998 from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Hayes currently resides in DeSoto, Texas with his wife and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports and volunteering at a local church.
Silvia was born in Nuevo-Laredo, Mexico. She began her work in the dental field, over 18 years ago, as a registered dental assistant and then transitioned into the administrative side of dentistry. In mastering both aspects of the field, Silvia has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring that all patients have a positive dental experience.
Silvia is currently an active member of Saint Joseph Catholic church in Waxahachie, Texas. When she is not working, she keeps busy with her husband and three children. In her free time, Silvia enjoys shopping, photography, and Latin dance.
Nel grew up in upstate New York. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Tarrant County Community College in 1996. Nel completed the Dental Hygiene Bachelor of Science program at Texas Womans University in December 2014. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Health Studies-Focal in Dental Hygiene program at Texas Womans University.
Nel is married and has two children. Her daughter is a web journalist, and her son is a member of the acapella music group Pentatonix. In her free time, Nel enjoys visiting with her grandchildren and reading.
