BackgroundDr. Hayes grew up in a small town in southern Kentucky where his parents still reside. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in Lexington where he earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1986.
Dr. Kevin and Sandra Hayes married shortly after dental school, moved to Cookeville and have been in private practice together ever since. They strongly believe in the community where they live with their two sons. They are involved in many local organizations throughout the area. He is also the founder and coach of a boys basketball organization the Highland Knights.

I have been waiting for almost 5 plus months for a refund on an overcharge on an occlusal guard! I call this company numerous times and I get the same answer someone will get back to me and Never hear a response! It's very UNPROFESSIONAL that the patient is calling almost everyday to a dentist office and still do not get an answer on how the process is going! Let's not forget the fact the card they charged was a FSA and I am now pregnant and paying for everything out of pocket because they will not refund! So I DO Not Recommend anyone to this office unless you want to be Overcharged and wait almost a half of a year to still hear nothing about your refund!

Quick to get an appointment, thoroughly explained everything they were doing, attentive to any questions I had, let me know the steps to follow the appointment and easy make make following appointments. EVERYONE was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I recently visited HFD for a cleaning appointment. I also needed to update my X-rays and other maintenance issues with four different associates. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, they were all concerned for my comfort and explained everything that was happening.
