We're a family-oriented dental practice serving the Memphis area, yet we also provide a wide spectrum of preventative, cosmetic, emergency services and restorative dentistry. We treat each one of our patients with care, understanding, and respect.
Dr. Terry S. Hayes was raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from the University of Mississippi (BS Biology 1992) and attained his dental degree (1996) from the University of Tennessee. He worked as an associate from '96-'98 before opening hisdental officein 1998.
When he's not working, Dr. Hayes enjoys fly fishing, biking and playing tennis. Another one of his favorite hobbies is collecting and restoring old cars, such as the vintage 1958 Corvette. Other activities include relaxing backyard-barbeques with family and friends.
Before establishing his practice in Collierville, Dr. Hayes lived temporarily in Oxford while attending Ole Miss. Terry and his wife Missey have twin girls. They enjoy family outings to Memphis and taking the girls for the occasional Mississippi riverboat ride.
Dr. Jessica Jordan hails from a small town outside of Nashville, Tennessee. She attended White House High School where she graduated Valedictorian. She then matriculated to Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky for undergraduate studies. While at WKU Jessica created and co-founded the universitys first dental pre-professional club. She named it the Pre Dental Society, and the club is still active today. Also, while at WKU, Jessica participated in Microbiology and Biology research that allowed her work to be published in the Journal of the Kentucky Academy of Science. Due to her interest in research, Jessica was given the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program in Belize, Central America. Dr. Jordan learned a great deal during her time in Belize, but most importantly the trip revealed her passion for traveling. Since then, Dr. Jordan has visited over 10 different countries across the world. After she graduated Cum Laude from WKU with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship, Jessica moved to Memphis for Dental School at the University of Tennessee.
Shirin is our Registered Dental Assistant and will help with everything we perform chairside. She has been a part of our team for 10 years. She is able to answer any questions that patients may have about their procedures. She is focused on making sure every patient is comfortable throughout their entire treatment process.
Kristi is our receptionist. She is our insurance and billing expert. She is happy to answer your questions, help resolve your concerns, and make your visits run smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to hang out with her grandsons, going shopping, and going to the movies.
Andrea is our hygienist with over 15 years experience. She is devoted to providing the most thorough care and current education to every patient. She is certified to administer and monitor Nitrous Oxide with a caring bedside manner to patients with high dental anxiety.
Shannon is a Registered Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant. You can find her at the front desk greeting you with a warm smile, or assisting chairside striving to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during treatment. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her daughter.

While at UT, Jessica participated in many clubs and activities. She was secretary of the Student National Dental Association, a delegate for the American Student Dental Association, a member of the Baptist Campus Ministries, and an American Association of Women Dentists member. In her second year of dental school, Dr. Jordan accompanied the Baptist Campus Ministry on a mission trip to Ecuador. This trip allowed her to provide care to an underserved community while spreading the message of Jesus Christ. The following year in dental school, Jessica was selected for a national program with the Indian Health Service. She spent the summer performing dentistry on an Indian reservation for the Swinomish Tribe of Seattle, WA. Shortly after that, Dr. Jordan graduated from UT with her DDS.
Although Dr. Jordan continued to live in Memphis after her graduation in 2015, she spent her first years out of school practicing in Arkansas. Dr. Jordan enjoyed her time working in Arkansas, however practicing in Memphis allowed her more time to spend with her fianc. In December 2018, Jessica married her handsome fianc, Marcus, an Air Force Veteran of 15 years. The newlyweds purchased their first home in midtown and enjoy traveling, concerts, and spending time together.

In an emergency they were there! They will call you back or text if after hours. I am grateful for their friendly and patient atmosphere. This office and their staff go above and beyond and are excellent! I highly recommend.

Been using Dr. Hayes for at least 15 years I have always had excellent service and work down there... .They treat me and my family as their own ...Staff is always friendly and courteous ....entire office is immaculate & professionally maintained ...you are greeted as a friend at every visit and check up.

I was in a lot of pain from a toothache I had called around trying to find an emergency dentist for this weekend and wasn't having any luck. Later Sunday morning(Father's Day at that) I received a message from Dr Terry Hayes stating that he would see me on Father's Day. I couldn't believe it put he saw me, took care of my problem, I left his office very satisfied. Thank you, Dr Hayes

They saw me after I spent the night awake with an excruciating toothache. I was staying with my mother in a Hospice House and miles away from my regular dentist. I didn't want to be away from her the extra hour of travel time seeing my dentist would cost me. A very nice employee called me from her home and gave me a 2 pm appt., but after I expressed how much pain I was in she said they would try to find an earlier appt time and did. The tooth had been problematic for years, so I knew and wanted it to be extracted. I had had it with others trying so hard to save the tooth even though it was a losing cause. Dr. Hayes understood this and knew the tooth couldn't be saved. He was extremely thorough, but also was very conscious of my time concerns having a Mom in Hospice Care. Well within an hour, I was checked in as a new patient, anesthetized, treated, checked out and on my way! The staff were very personable, accommodating and a delight to talk with. He was a gentle soul who had finished the procedure a whole minute before I realized he had even started. (Seriously!) also learned that even though he had a huge support staff, meaning that the practice was large (a prerequisite of mine), he was the only dentist which meant that if one were to go in on a weekday, one would see Dr. Hayes. At the previous office I attended, I never saw the same doctor twice. I left there confident that I would make this dentistry my new source of check ups in spite of the hour plus travel time to make it happen. As horrible as a trip to the dentist for a tooth pull sounds, finding this place will be a highlight of an otherwise gut-wrenching time in my life! I apologize for the length.

Absolutely amazing service! I was in extreme pain on a weekend of all times, they were able to see me the same day (on a Sunday) and eliminate my pain! Recommend 5xs over. Don't hesitate, they will take care of you!
