I saw Dr. Kim yesterday to replace a crown that was placed on my tooth 50 years ago. I have seen her many times previously. And she always does an excellent job of taking care of my dental needs. I met the Dental Tech, Sarah, for the first time. She was also so sweet and caring. She made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Haye Dental for all your dental care. They never disappoint!

I am currently sitting waiting for my daughters to go back on a Saturday morning. Their phone rang and the reception lady answered and told the patient on the phone who was calling due to pain that the dentist was not in today. A few minutes later a hygienist walked behind the desk and the receptionist told her that she told the woman that a dentist wasn't in because she didn't want to "do that to the doctor today". Then she decided to make a couple comments about the patient that were not very nice. Yeah not coming back here at all. Horrible attitudes and apparently they don't care of their patients are in pain.

Dr. Johnson and all of the hygienists at Haye Dental are always fantastic. I was able to take all 3 kids in at the same time. Dr. Johnson was great with even the youngest patient! They all do a great job.

Always the BEST! Dr. Gray, Karissa and the entire staff are wonderful. Dr. Gray is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Besides doing a great job on routine checks, he always takes care of my unexpected dental needs promptly and that is the MOST IMPORTANT factor of a great dental office. I can always count on them to be gentle and show great care and concern for my needs. We are so fortunate to have Haye Dental in Janesville...definitely a 5 star dental office.

First class dental practice. I'm relatively new to the area and needed a new primary care dentist. And in the short time I've been here they've taken care of cleanings, fillings, a crown and a root canal. Firstly the place is always clean and organized. The administrative staff keeps you informed about upcoming appointments and keeps things flowing when you get there. If you have dental insurance the billing/coding/insurance staff helps you get the most out of your dental insurance policy. The dental hygenists are friendly, skilled and efficient while improving the condition of your teeth. And this lets the doctor get right to any issues you may have. I was nearly terrified of my first root canal, but it went smoothly and quickly with out pain during or after the procedure. The doctors here not only fix tooth problems but also catch problems before they hurt. If you're looking for a dental practice then Haye Dental Group is more than worth a look.

Dr. Johnson and his 5 STAR Staff knocked it outta the park !! In 47 years I have never had a dental procedure other than a Cleaning, I just cracked a tooth clean in half and Dr. Johnson was able to get it all out and set me up for a pain free speedy recovery!

Dr. Jaime Spaulding and her team have done an amazing job with all my dental work. They are extremely knowledgeable, very patient with all the questions I ask, informative about the options available for each treatment and go the extra mile when necessary. Had a crown ready to be placed and the lab did not notify Haye Dental until a couple days before my scheduled appointment that they lost the molds. Obviously, I was upset to hear this as I was leaving in a little over a week for a anniversary trip with my wife. The great news is that Dr. Jaime and her team sprung into action and found another source for the crown and had a replacement tooth for me two days prior to my trip. Thank you so much to the entire team & the new lab for their outstanding service.

Highly recommended for cosmetic dentistry and routine cleanings! Hygienists are exceptionally nice. I could not be happier with all of my cosmetic work. Dr. Johnson's professional guidance was central to the final look of my smile. He is skilled, precise, and consulted me every step of the way. Process was painless and comfortable. Price reasonable. My smile turned out BETTER than expected, and that is due completely to the expertise of the team at Haye Dental Group.

I have been going to Haye all of my adult life. The reception staff, dental hygienists, and dentists are always every welcoming, kind, and informative. They find ways to connect with you, and also will listen if you have any concerns or questions about anything. I recommend them.

The most impatient dentist I've come across. When you look up dental anxiety, Dr. John Haye is right there!! He has no patience or tolerance for anyone that has anxiety while in that dental chair. I don't think he can fell any empathy towards something he doesn't understand.

Dr Kim is awesome! The lab on the other hand not so much. I am on RA medication and had to stop taking meds a month before extraction, I am now going into 8 weeks of pure misery with flare ups and missed 5 days of work and now I have to wait once again! Because the lab isn't done with them! I'm about to loose my job and I've already put a lot of money down. I don't know how much longer I can hold on pain wise and employment wise. I'm so upset I can't stop crying.

I recently had Invisalign done at Hayes dental. They did have good prices. Everyone was very friendly. However, I was told when I started that I would be able to continue treatment until either I was happy or they could not do any better on my teeth. On the final appointment, I still had 2 teeth that are turned (not straight), one in the front top and another lower left side. I asked to continue treatment on my teeth. The orthodontist said that my teeth were orthodontically correct. She asked me how I would recommend to fix my teeth. I felt that she did not want to continue to treat my teeth and I had no choice but to end my treatment. I did tear up at the appointment and was disappointed that I felt pressured to end the treatment especially when my front tooth is still not inline with the other teeth.

Horrible place! He literally wrestled my 7 year old to extract a tooth, then stormed off from the room. He didn't even complete the job, and has tormented her for any future dental work. This is not a place to take your child! She was screaming because of it...and they didn't care about her. They literally told a 7 year old to be quiet because of the other patients. She told him to stop because she wasn't numb. He swung around, attempted to numb again, and when she turned her head.. didn't care about numbing, and got the tool to yank the tooth. The assistant tried to say, well, you didn't let him get it numb! There are so many issues with this place.

I went to Haye Dental Group for the first time today. What a totally different experience. I was treated with great respect. Everyone was so friendly. I need a crown that another dentist quoted me $500.00 higher then at Haye. They are also a full service clinic. No getting sent to an oral surgeon for root canals, broken roots, extractions like so many clinics do now. They are very clean there. Everyone uses a clean pen. Then it is put in a dirty container to be sanitized before re-use. Has hand sanitizer available. Very pleased and confident.
