My husband and I have had multiple implants done here. At first everything appeared alright but I decided to have him do two front teeth. He was supposed to do a bone graft and preserve my gumline, which he did not. He told me I would be happy and not to worry. When I went in for my crowns, it looked hideous, like two horse teeth stuck together that were extra long. I told him I was unhappy and he kept sending me away, hoping my gumline would grown down. He destroyed my smile. I decided to go to another dentist as well as see a gum specialist. They told me that Hayan Dental had placed my implants way to high and that my gumline would never grow down. I called and told Hayan what I had learned. His solution was to put fake pink gum tissue on top of the crowns. I asked him for a refund and he refused. I'm still looking for a solution and it has severely damaged my self esteem as well as cost me thousands of extra dollars. Now my husband's dentist is saying that his back tooth implants were placed too low and it is creating an issue. A cheap price is not always better.

Got a groupon for 2 implants. Went in, got xrayed and left with a bone graft and 2 implant bases. I was very impressed since my two previous appointments for implants gave me the run around. Calling for several appointments over 11 to 14 months priced at $16,000 from one dentist & $11,000 from another. I'm very pleased so far, minimal discomfort and quick service. Thank you Dr. Kim.

Doctor Kim and his staffs' were kindly caring for their patients, and most of all, I thought that his profound skills are superior to any other dentists that I have ever been to. Everything went fast, easy and smooth. I am looking forward to visit again soon!
