Dr. Joseph Mills graduated from Boston University School of Dentistry. He attended a general dentistry residency for the US Public Health Service. He has provided all phases of dentistry in Dartmouth, Mass. for the last 30 years.
Dr. Mills has attended many continuing education courses, including those provided by the prestigious Pankey Institute and the Spencer Sleep Apnea Study Group. He also has extensive training in implant surgery, including courses at the Pikos and Sonic institutes. In addition to implant surgery, Dr. Mills provides cosmetic, oral, and periodontal surgery, as well as root canal treatment. His philosophy of putting the well being of your patient first has been a guiding force through his career.
Dr. Mills lives in Dartmouth with his wife of 39 years, Kathy. He has two children: John who is a general surgeon and Julie who is a clinical director for treatment of adolescents who have been traumatized.
Dr. Marielle Pedro was born and raised in Dartmouth and graduated from Bishop Stang High School. She earned her bachelor degree from Fairfield University and went on to pursue her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University in 2013.
As a native of Dartmouth, Dr. Pedro was a patient and family friend of Dr. Mills throughout her life. Dr. Pedro is passionate about her work, and devoted to providing her patients the highest quality of care. She enjoys educating patients about the best options for their oral health, while helping to create long lasting healthy smiles. Because the field of dentistry is always changing, Dr. Pedro is committed to furthering her skills and learning new techniques through continuing education. She loves working with her wonderful staff and being able to serve her local community through her work.
Dr. Pedro lives in Dartmouth with her husband, Sean, and daughter, Leighton. Beyond dentistry, she loves going to the beach, being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.
Born and raised in Dartmouth, it was an easy decision for Dr. Eric Martin to want to practice in town and raise his family here. After graduating from Dartmouth High School, Dr Martin continued his education at Wheaton College and dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon graduation and passing all regional and national boards, he immediately began to practice general dentistry.
