If I could rate no stars I would!! First of all receptionist is the rudest one I've ever had to deal with! And she is the only one there. Not helpful at all and just flat out rude! I can't believe she even has a job still based on other reviews I've read now. I had to be referred out for a root canal after the dentist hit my nerve! I have been in so much pain headaches and everything. Took antibiotics it got a little better but now again it is very painful. The specialists havnt got back to me they say they are still waiting for approval for almost 2 months now. I tried calling Hawkeye family dental to tell them I'm in a lot of pain again and get some answers and instead got a very rude receptionist who left me on hold for 10 min and then answered the call like she hadn't already put me on hold she forgot about me!

Great Place to take my family, staff people are very friendly and helpful all the time. I been in this place several times & my Experience was very pleasant

Don't go here for regular cleaning all they did was put polish on my teeth.

I highly don't recommend this Dentist Office. If you can get a second opinion before you decide to get any procedures done because they'll recommend you to get something done that you don't need.

The LAST place you want to end up at for dental care. The front office receptionist is extremely rude and inconsiderate. She also wasn't wearing any type of face covering to help prevent the spread of COVID 19. I had an appointment scheduled to have a root canal done but wasn't able to be seen because I forgot to bring my medical card. I was able to provide the ID number, my SSN & even had me referring MD office fax over copies of the eligibility confirmation from the medical website to show proof that my insurance is active but the receptionist could care less. When I was left with no choice but to reschedule she offered an appointment that wasn't available for the next 2 months. TWO MONTH WAIT FOR A ROOT CANAL. Ridiculous. She was a very poor representation of the whole office. Goes to show what kind of providers that small pathetic office has working. No type of genuine patient care at all.

I love Hawkeye Family Dental in Turlock!! Dr.Gesicho took all the anxiety out of getting dental treatment done! She is very professional and highly efficient! I recommend everyone needing dental work to come to Hawkeye Family Dental!!

I have to say this is the most friendly ,welcoming environment in a dentist office ive ever experienced. From the front desk to the chair ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The Dentist is so gentle and friendly, and i feel at ease with her. Im so happy i called and had my dental needs fulfilled here. Dr.G is a nurturing and kind dentist with a easy sense of humor. The best way i could describe my experience is gentle pain free and fast. Ill never go anywhere else again.

I took my 3 little ones and we were in and out in an hour. The staff was just wonderful and the dentist is very nice. This is a great place to get your teeth cared for.

I have been going to Dr Glady now for about 6 months. WOW she saved me! I thought after many dentist i went too that i was stuck with the broken teeth i ha left from falling down some stairs. I finally gave her a call and on the first visit I knew I had found the right DR... she was so kind, great personality, put me at ease from the start.. The staff is really friendly, they always make sure to make you comfortable. nice clean Office ...I will be going to her and her only from now on! Thank you Hawkeye Family Dental.. Thank you Dr Glady... I;m so grateful to you.

Very nice staff and very easy to work with. I've had issues with my insurance and coverage in the past and they've always worked hard to fix the issues with the insurance company. The dentist, Dr. Gladys, does good work and she's easy to talk to.
