Terrible. I went here for a few years, which was too long. They missed a lot of problems that should have been addressed. When I found a new, much better dentist, they had to take new x-rays since the ones taken were unusable. She was shocked at how bad they were. Luckily, she didn't charge me for them. I wish I had switched earlier.

Super professional and informative. I had a traumatic dental experience previously so I was very afraid to see another dentist. When I was told I needed a root canal, I instantly started crying. Throughout the experience, Dr. Lewis was not judgemental, very courteous and compassionate. He explained each step of the process and what caused the issues to start. I just had a root canal done with very minimal discomfort, and I finally feel safe going to the dentist again. Not to mention, they managed to squeeze me in when there wasn't time on the books. 10/10 highly recommend

Pleasant, happy, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Everybody here is just wonderful. They make you feel like a family member. I'd been away for a while because my employer's Insurance changed. I'm so happy my employer changed back and so I'm back. I am very proactive with prophylaxis. I come four times a year and and each time I leave with the freshest, cleanest feeling. I bought a new home a few towns further away but that won't stop me from traveling to Haverhill Dental every time I have a dental need because they are one of if not THE best in New England.

He pulled a perfectly good tooth that should have lasted me another 25 years rather than give my records to another dentist so I could get it done. I had a tooth that got infected, the middle molar. He wanted me to wait over 2 months to get a root canal on it. Two months with pain so bad I can't sleep, and leaking white fluid. I called another dentist. They said they needed my records from him. When I called his office to get the records, he said come in, he'll fix it. He pulled the tooth. The entire time he was doing it he acted angry. He must have only said 5 words the entire time. I was scared. It's scary to have someone's hands in your mouth that's acting like that. Now I can't chew on that side, and I will never be able to again unless I get it fixed somehow. A bridge, I don't know that gets fixed, I'm not a dentist. All of that so he could get the what-- 200 dollars?-- from pulling the tooth, rather than releasing my records to another dentist.

Talented, experienced dentist. All procedures are unusually comfortable. I'm so pleased that although I have moved 45 minutes away, I am still willing to make the drive to keep him as a dentist.

the ad says 24-hour emergency service so I called up cuz I needed some emergency service in the dentist tells me to call back Monday. Don't advertise emergency service if you don't do emergency

This guy did a ton of work on me. I had one particular tooth that kept breaking. He said and I quote "it's nice to have your own teeth" when I had asked if we should just pull it. To make a long story short he did a root canal and the tooth broke 2 days later. Now I'm stuck w a 900 dollar bill for a tooth that I dont have, and only had for 2 days. I refuse to pay now I'm sent to collections. I guess I have to p as y now but beware. This guy does what's best for his pocket not what's best for your teeth.

I was having extreme pain on the left side of my mouth Friday night. I called Saturday morning to get an appointment, to my surprise they were able to get me in that morning. Dr. Lewis JR was so helpful and was able to pinpoint the problem. He gave me a temporary fix until I can get in for a root canal.
