They put the wrong color on my son teeth they hurt him and stabbed him whith sharp objects in the mouth

My experience here started as 5 stars ... it's now 1. I'm so disappointed in how my daughters teeth turned out. Even her dentist has privately commented to me that they did a bad job. I saw the doctor twice - Once when we discussed treatment plans and the second when I took pictures they day both my kids got their braces. When I contacted the office about the gap between her top and bottom row of teeth (you can stick your pinky finger in the gap) I was told "yeah, we probably should have pulled a tooth to tighten that up" ... well, over 2 years of braces and now you're admitting that?!?! Of course they could put braces back on (I'm sure for a few more dollars in this very expensive journey) but my daughter will not go through that again. There are no later appointments and their billing department is RUDE. I would not recommend them at all. This was my original review in which I retract in full!!!! "Just starting our beautiful smile adventure with Dr. Havens and staff ... it's been an awesome experience so far! "

Great Orthodontist and staff. Friendly faces and always welcomed by the front desk. If you are looking for a great experience, look for further. Hands down best in town. With locations in Washington and Romeo to accommodate everyone. Don't wait, call for your appointment today!

The office staff is always helpful, kind and making appointments are easy. The dr takes his time and let's the parents watch him work if they want to. He is gental and kind to our children. The office is clean and welcoming

I visited Havens Orthodontics a couple of days back. I was mesmerized by the level of treatment i received. The staff was very hospitable and provided complete attention. The treatment was also very convinient and my concern was given the top priority, and that too budget friendly.

Great staff and great service! Dr. Havens is patient and excellent with kids and takes the time to thoroughly answer questions. Kelly in the office is fantastic as well. We made a great choice!

I met Dr. Havens and his staff on Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 because I wanted a second opinion. I was told by another orthodontist that my 9 year old daughter needed to start intensive and expensive ortho treatment right away. Dr. Havens told me that her teeth are the same as 99% of children her age. He told us to come back in 8 months and he would look at her again free of charge. The staff was very friendly. I so appreciated Dr. Havens honest assessment which was totally contradictory to another orthodontist's very involved and expensive treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office. If/when my daughter needs ortho treatment, I will definitely go back to see Dr. Havens.
