Dr. Finn is friendly and relaxed my daughter right away. The entire staff at Havens Imlay City are great people making the orthodontic experience seamless and easy.

Please have your secretary or whoever answers the phone, be more kinder and professional. All I was doing was trying to make an appointment for my kids and I got so much attitude during that 4 minutes.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment after the new puppy ate my retainer. They entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. I was especially impressed with Dr. Havens. He seemed very knowledgeable but also very personable and caring. I was very pleased with my entire experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for orthodontics work. Thank you Havens orthodontics for the wonderful treatment!

Both of our daughters have had braces through Dr. Havens. We would highly recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone needing braces. His staff was friendly and accommodating to our schedule as well as encouraging to our daughters when they came in for their scheduled visits. Thank you so much Havens Orthodontics for truly being a 5-star practice!!

The receptionist are not nice or helpful when scheduling appointments and you deal with them the most. They can be very rude. I am going somewhere else where scheduling an appointment won't be a hassle and told we won't be at Imlay office for a few weeks! I will never recommend Haven's. My child had an expander, braces for almost 1 year, $3100. Now into phase 2, what?! And that will be $4000... wasn't explained well at all. Looking forward to dealing with friendly and helpful people elsewhere.

I got my braces with them, and they couldn't have done better! It was very quick and as painless as they could make it. They also play great music in the office!

It has already been over a year since my daughter's first appointment. The staff are very friendly. They get you in and out of appointments fast. The payment plan is very helpful. I love the convenient location and card/point system which is a great incentive for teenagers. I would recommend Dr. Havens to anyone.
