A healthy smile is important, but your life shouldn't revolve around your dentistry, so we do everything to handle the details of your care so you can focus on your healthy smile.
Dr. Kyle Hickman earned a Bachelors of Science in chemistry from Ohio University before completing his DDS at Ohio State University in 2004. Afterward, he practiced general dentistry in Clintonville for seven years before moving to his current practice in Blacklick. During this time he has volunteered with the Ohio Project to provide dental care to his community, and he has remained intensely devoted to continuing his education. Dr. Hickman routinely takes four to five times the continuing education compared to the average dentist, focusing currently on dental implants.
While in dental school, Dr. Hickman met his wife, Lynnsay. Together they have three children, Marlowe, Sadie, and Isla. His hobbies include golfing, skiing, watching sports, biking, spending time with his family, grilling, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Dr. Rassi is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and her Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. She also received advanced training in a post-doctorate residency program at Summa Health System. She is trained and certified to provide treatment with Invisalign and botulinum toxin (Botox). As a general dentist with several years of private practice experience, Dr. Rassi enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her patients.
Throughout her educational years, Dr. Rassi received many awards for her academic and clinical accomplishments, including the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence, the Hudec Dental Scholarship, the Delta Dental Scholarship, the Ohio Dental Association Scholarship, and Case Western's Certificate of Excellence in Facial Growth and Development. She also received several awards and accolades relating to her contributions to research in macromolecular and chemical engineering from institutions such as the United States Air Force, ASM Materials Education Foundation, Ricoh Corporation, and Hathaway Brown.
Some of Dr. Rassi's hobbies include cooking and baking, going to Cleveland sports games, traveling, and scuba diving. She is a certified professional Open Water Diving instructor and loves to share her diving stories with others.
Sharon joined our Dental Hygiene team in 2019. She is a graduate of Miami University where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration. After more than 18 years working in the Office Equipment Industry, she returned to school and earned her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Columbus State Community College. Her passion is helping patients have a positive dental experience while educating them on the value of having a healthy mouth.

They fixed my lost filling. The dentist was good, she seemed knowledgeable but I was disappointed at the billing staff. My insurance was out of network which I knew. I talked to the billing staff about the pricing before my visit and again when I arrived. But to my surprise I ended up with ridiculously high bill. I felt like they were not honest with me at all. I gladly returned to my dentist.

I saw Dr. Rassi today for Botox, yes they do Botox now! She gave me a very thorough consultation and was great during the injections. She checked in on me during the whole process and even gave a 3-2-1 countdown before each poke. Thanks Dr. Rassi and the awesome team here, you guys are always amazing!

Havens Family Dental is amazing! I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, and they were able to get it done so quickly and made me feel so comfortable in the process. I just moved to the area and haven't been established with a dentist here yet so I was nervous to go to a new dentist but walked out of their office as a new patient and now have a cleaning scheduled with them as well. Everyone was so kind and so informative. They really take their time to explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and explain the cost thoroughly! :)

Absolutely wonderful dentist! My three kids went there for the first time today since their last dentist closed and they loved it so much more! The staff is very welcoming and really took the time to make the kids feel comfortable.
