Dr. Haugs passion for orthodontics began with her treatment as a child and continues today; evidenced by the world-class results she and her team create. Dr. Kimberly (Gibbons) Haug is an area native, graduating from Alton High School in 1984. She attended the University of Illinois and received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialist degree in orthodontics at the prestigious St. Louis University in 1995 and has been in private practice since. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Illinois State Dental Society. Her training, dedication to detail, and gentle touch have made her the orthodontist of choice for hundreds of children and adults seeking their own unforgettable smile!
When shes not working, Dr. Haug is a voracious reader who loves to boat and snow ski. She is an avid supporter of local community youth sports, school fundraising activities, and theater programs. She is a past president of Alton Childrens Theater, a volunteer organization committed to bringing theatrical arts to preschool and primary school-aged children. She also enjoys volunteering and has done so with the Boys and Girls Club of Alton, the Alton Education Foundation and Healing Haiti groups.

I have been an assistant with Dr. Haug since January 2017, but have been in the ortho field since 2007. I absolutely love what I do. I love getting to know our patients and seeing the progress that has been at each visit. Haug Orthodontics has an amazing team and I am grateful to be a part of it. I have a daughter that has been a patient with Dr. Haug and we are thankful for her amazing smile. Dr. Haug also gave me the perfect smile.
I love working in orthodontics! This is the most rewarding job Ive ever had & I cant imagine myself doing anything else. Working on each persons smile is like a new & special puzzle every day. It is never boring! Some kids wont smile because they are embarrassed of their teeth. The end result is so wonderful! I love seeing patients gaining confidence to show off their new gorgeous smile!
I love working at Haug Orthodontics! Interacting with the kids every day brings a smile to my face. Seeing the patients confidence grow as their smile changes is so rewarding and reinforces why our job is so important. Haug Orthodontics is a great place to work! Not only do you get the satisfaction of meeting new people and building relationships with the patients, but you also get to walk with them through their journey of having a perfect smile! I had an absolutely amazing experience with Haug orthodontist. They are so friendly, kind and patient. I got the results I've been dreaming of for years. I got into a car accident around 15 years ago, it knocked out my front tooth. I'd always wanted a flipper or partial but never found the time or couldn't afford it. They are very affordable and work with you. I was always self conscious and very ashamed of my smile. Not liking my picture taken or even getting family pictures was hard for me. They gave me my smile and confidence back which means the world to me. I got the results id been dreaming of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. A great experience and now I have my beautiful smile back thanks to Haug orthodontist

My 9 year old daughter sees the orthodontist here and we love the staff and the doctor. They are both very friendly and I am so glad we chose them. They are always so fast and their availability also makes things smooth and simple.

Haug Orthodontics in Highland, IL has not only treated my son with Invisalign years ago but also me as an adult patient with traditional braces! The staff is patient and attentive during each visit! I appreciate all the care given and highly recommend checking out their office for a consultation!
