Worst dentist I've ever had. I told him before hand that my teeth were hard to pull and that I should get referred to an oral surgeon not only once but twice. He never listened to anything I said and went ahead and pulled them against what I obviously thought was a bad idea. The second one being a wisdom tooth. Both extractions taking over an hour each, filled with agony and obvious discomfort to the point where I told him I couldn't take much more. Finally after toughening it out and the tooth out, he gave me barely anything for the pain. All the while the tooth pulling was happening his assistant was singing to whatever songs were on the radio. I told her to please not do that in that future that it was kind of rude while someone was getting their face ripped off. She retorted with, "it's rude for you to shake your head in pain while we are pulling." And "that she has had teeth pulled." Honestly, I rarely ever write reviews but this upset me to the point I felt I needed to in the hopes that someone can escape this man's carelessness. He is medieval and unsympathetic.

Terrible and unattentive. Basically a medieval butcher whom doesn't listen to any requests or needs.

There was a possibility I would have to be on a waiting list for an emergency extraction, but they got me in the same day I called. Staff was very nice. Dr. Hattan was very nice & fixed me right up! Thank you!!

My husband and I went today to have an annual exam and cleaning. We won't be going back. We both agreed he was a little rough with his cleaning and seemed indifferent and none caring. It was not a good experience. However, his staff was very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I went today to have an annual exam and cleaning. We won't be going back. We both agreed he was a little rough with his cleaning and seemed indifferent and none caring. It was not a good experience. However, his staff was very helpful and friendly.

Probably one of the most gentle and deft dentists I've seen. I went in for a general checkup and cleaning and he was careful and thorough with the cleaning. Didn't use too much force with the power brush and feathered the speed so it didn't cause great discomfort during the process. He found a small cavity and when I went in later to have it filled he used two anesthetics for it, first a spray one so that when he went with the needle for novacaine I didn't experience any of the "You will feel just a little pinch" nonsense I had with previous dentists. He used plenty and let it set in well so all I felt was the general jostling and vibration from the process of the filling. He's not too talkative during visits, but is professional and straightforward, and I personally appreciated it, though it may come off as somewhat cold to others. I was in and out pretty quick, got in for my apointment at 1:40, waited in lobby and the chair for only 3 minutes each , and was out by 2:20. Best dentist I've had and will continue to rely on his services

Long wait to get anything done. Had an infected tooth I needed pulled. was put on a emergency list i waited almost 2 months I called 2 times within a 3 to 4 week period. The nearest time they seid they'd have an open spot for an apontment was 3 months. Went to another dentist got every thing worked out a lot smoother. Had to go to a surgeon evechly but I would have like to known that a lot sooner and got some antibiotics to help with the pain till then.

Quick and friendly. I see a few people have said he doesn't have a good bedside manner, which strikes me as odd. Personally, I don't want my dentist talking to me when they have their fingers in my mouth and I can't respond. He hand his assistant and staff are friendly and clear communicators--just what you want from a medical professional, I think!

Never going back went last year for a filling he didn't take a xray before filling it and he hit a nerve in my tooth that gave me severe pain including a headache cheek pain and nausea that lasted two weeks.When I told them about it when I went to pay them they denied wrong doing.

I had a great experience. He was very careful pulling out my tooth and I did not feel any pain. Also, I got it done the day I called. I would definetly recommend this dentist.

Was really glad he could see me the day I called to get a tooth pulled....however would be 5stars if bedside manner was improved
