An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Been coming here for years, but not anymore. The wait times are getting worse and worse and they constantly schedule too many people at the same time. Today i sat in the exam room for an hour after checking in before anyone saw me. They're great at scheduling but very poor at honoring that schedule. Complete waste of my time today.

Nice staff but I felt like I was at a car dealership getting pressured to buy undercoating and extended warranties. Got a second opinion somewhere else which saved me over $5000.

My wife just had another terrible experience with this place. She went in for her scheduled appointment and had her sign something that said she would be receiving the cleaning today, but then they said they were too busy to do the cleaning at this appointment and that she would have to come in at a later time to be 'worked in'. Wait...what? You mean she took time off of work to come in to just get an X-ray? She specifically scheduled an appointment with a hygienist because this happened before and the Dr. had to do the cleaning. They just said they didn't know how this happened. And then, they said that one of their X-ray machines was broken (makes me feel really comfortable continuing to go there) but they had a machine 'in the back.' So the technician was about to take the X-rays and some guy barges in and demands to use the sensor for something else. She's not sure who he was, but he didn't have a white coat in. So she had to wait even longer to get her X-rays taken because this guy can't treat people like human beings and thinks he's above everyone else. Then, the tech said that she had to go and get the sensor because he wasn't going to bring it back. He just left it sitting where he was instead of bringing it back. The tech said they would have had to wait there all day he she not gone to retrieve it. We're not going back for the "worked in cleaning." We're pretty average people and don't expect to be treated differently. But if this is how they treat everyone, then beware. Needless to say, we're finding a new dentist.

I saw Dr. Tehrani and I was very impressed by his bedside manners as well as his gentleness. His office has a variety of subspecialties so you can have everything done in one office and have as much done in one visit if wanted. Another great thing about his office is that they see pediatric patients and they have an Orthodontics too. Dr. Tehrani's office is very high tech which makes it easy to see your problems and streamline your treatment. Paulina is a coordinator and she was very knowledgeable as well as helpful in providing financial options. Justo the dental assistant was super gentle, knowledgeable and kind. Brie is another dental assistant who took care of my son. She did a phenomenal job in calming him down and teaching him the importance of proper dental care. All around the office experience was great and I highly recommend Dr Tehrani and his team.

It does not get any better than Hastings Ranch Dental!! Dr. Tehrani is amazing and his staff is the kindest. They have the most welcoming environment and everyone does their best to ensure you have a positive experience from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Tehrani has the best bedside manner - kind honest and genuine , knows how to make you laugh and be calm when undergoing difficult procedures! I researched high and low and I am confident I made the right decision in choosing this place. I chose to come here after reading all the positive reviews and within my first appointment, I realized this place was not too good to be true. They are an exemplary team for anyone who works in customer service. They truly exceed the expectations of their 5-star rating. 10/10 recommended!

Aura and her squad are super friendly and make you feel right at home at the office. The doctors and dental assistants made my daughter feel at ease and made her experience at the dentist an amazing one. Now she has her braces on and she was super happy. Thank you.

I severely cracked my tooth on the only side of my mouth I could chew. Due to COVID19 I was very worried and apprehensive I would not be able to get help safely. My husband learned that our Hastings Ranch Dentistry was opened for COVID19 emergencies. So I took a chance and called. Thankful I did. I was in pain. Excellent customer service! Krystal the manager displayed sincere empathy taking my information. She quickly conferred with the medical team and confirmed my emergency. She promptly scheduled me an urgent appointment. The office environment is newly remodeled, extremely clean and sterile. The office staff is experienced following strict medical and sanitary protocols which put me at ease. Dr. Tehrani, and oral surgeon Dr Marhabi's professional diagnosis/treatment was expeditious and detailed. Doctors and staff were caring, compassionate and funny. All of my questions and concerns where clearly addressed. Hastings Ranch Dental Group is fantastic! I strongly recommend their services! Thank you so much for helping me! I've been going here for almost three years now and am very happy with Dr. Tehrani and his staff. (Much more so than the previous group.) The staff is very friendly and professional, whether its managing the front desk, taking care of my insurance company (now there is a two star operation), cleaning, x-rays, or helping to build and fit crowns. Dr Tehrani really cares for his patients: full explanations, very detailed and concerned about the final results. Very professional in the best sense of the word. Besides the normal exams and cleanings I've had three crowns. Two were from chipped teeth that started acting up just before a long vacation. No problems. And if you like technology, he fabricates his own crowns in about an hour. Very impressive :-)
