Dr. Gregory Randall has been providing exceptional dental care since 1997! He earned his dental degree from the University of Michigan Dental School and completed a General Practice Residency. To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Randall maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Southwest Michigan Dental Association and the Bunting Periodontal Society.
In giving back to the community, Dr. Randall and his staff give educational programs for elementary school children on the importance of good dental health. He also volunteers to provide dental services through the Barry County Free Clinic.
Dr. Randall and his wife Teri have three children, Samuel, Caroline and Lilly. He enjoys being actively involved in his church, especially in the childrens ministry. Dr. Randall is an avid runner and enjoys most sports, including basketball, tennis and softball. He is also involved in service to the community as a Rotarian.
Hastings Family Dental Care was founded on the principle of patient-centered care. What matters to my patients matters to me. Whether it is calming their fear of dental visits or improving the appearance of their smile, my patients can expect that their individual needs will be met.
I have been fortunate to surround myself with a staff that shares my passion. Their genuine concern for people provides a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Many of our patients consider us not only their dental providers but also their friends.
In order to provide the best that dentistry has to offer, we take continuing education classes several times each year. We also invest in the technology that is current and proven to be effective for patient care.
I take very seriously the trust that my patients place in me when they call me their dentist. I will continue to work to earn that trust by providing excellent dental care in a setting that exceeds patients expectations.

We had an emergency with my 3yr old and Dr. Randall came in on a Sunday. He was beyond amazing, patient, and knowledgeable and that made us so comfortable.

Dr. Randall and his staff have always been extremely helpful in getting me in when needed. Our son was visiting from North Carolina and broke a filling. Dr. Randall was willing to see him same day and did a great job alleviating our sons fear. We always recommend him to family and friends.

Thank you to Dr. Randall and the staff at Hastings Family Dental. My 17 yr old son lost a front tooth and chipped another during basketball and Dr. Randall came in after hours to help my son. We were very thankful that he was able to see him so quickly! Thanks for the great service!

I recently acquired medical insurance and called this office to schedule care for my 2 young children, my husband, and myself. I was immediately told I "wouldn't be a good fit" because I have not had regular visits to the dentist. I didn't even know this was a thing? I mean, I brush my teeth daily but apparently my oral hygiene is not up to par because I haven't spent hundreds of dollars on dental check ups every 6 months. My children are both very young and have not needed to go to the dentist until now. I am completely insulted and as a permanent resident of the community of Hastings, will NEVER recommend this office to anybody. They don't care about you. They only want your MONEY. Absolutely disgusted. They deserve ZERO stars.

We moved to Hastings a few years ago. We stumbled upon Dr. Randall's office as we pass it nearly daily in our commute back-and-forth to our home. They are a very well oiled and efficient operation. They are gentle with our kids, and responsive to our concerns. We look forward to being loyal patients for years to come. Not the least expensive, but definitely a good value. Remember, cost is what you spend, value is what you get. Highly recommended.

I sought out dr. Randal bc I thought he was a brother in Christ and assumed his business was ran on Christian values my fault for assuming. I had a 1 on 1 personal meeting explaining my financials and the help I needed, he said he was going to help me and after one visit with no treatment he used all my insurance and charged me for the whole procedure (which I hadn't received) and refused to help until I could pay $1,300 upfront (almost double standard) then the front desk lady who treated me terribly refused to schedule my child's appointment until my debt was paid ( which my child has full coverage medical and dental) just broke my heart

Dr. Randall has done a fantastic job with my children, and also myself. We are new to town, they happily took us on as a new patients. With the dental work he has done for myself, it was truly painless, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will be with us practice for a long time!
