They put trainees to work on your teeth for practice.dentists are different each time when we visit so the work is always inconsistent, uneven crown, hard to bite on food,painful teeth,etc. please don't let it happen to you as all of our family members go through similar pain without good results for over 2 months so We had to change our dentist eventually. So glad we did. We spend way too much money for their unprofessionalism! *personal experience only*

I knew Dr. Knowles through my 37 year career at the Michigan Dental Association. When my dentist of 37 years retired, Dr. Knowles immediately came to mind as I knew her to be caring, kind, professional and above all, knowledgeable and respected in the dental community. She is a member of both the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association, which, in my opinion, is critical. On my two recent visits, I observed her and her friendly, knowledgeable team work seamlessly together and I knew I found my dental home.

We are so happy we found Dr. Knowles! Everyone on staff is amazing! She is amazing with my boys and took great care and time teaching them how to care for their teeth. My boys loved it here. Having a history of not so pleasant experiences with other dentist I am the biggest baby about having work done on my mouth and have very sensitive teeth. She was so gentle during my cleaning and when I had to return for fillings I was shocked at how pain free it was. I how have no fears sitting in her chair! I wish I found her sooner. I highly recommend this dentist for your whole family:)

I absolutly recommend this dentist!! The team immediately made me feel comfortable when I arrived and everyone took the time to answer all my questions with such incredible patience and detail that I knew I was in the most competent hands. Although I made an appointment on very short notice, they were super nice and I was in and out in no time! I cannot thank Dr. Knowles and her team enough for helping me on such short notice! Honestly the whole team was just amazing! You can tell that they really care about people. This was by far best dentist experience I have ever had! Thank you!!

I was a patient of Dr. Knowles at her old office and was so happy to be able to return to her at her new office! I even make the trek from Charlotte because her and her office staff provide the best care and service around.

I love this dentist office! Heather is amazing, she is friendly and gets stuff done. She made sure that my insurance was taken care of, there was an issue on their end and she handled it! Both dental hygienists that I've had have been so patient and understanding with me. Dr. Knowles is also very personable. I would recommend anyone to come to this dental office.

Dr. Knowles is the most thorough and professional dentist I have had in all my 27 years. I like to think I take very good care of my teeth, and I have a regimented oral care routine. However, Dr. Knowles took the time to show/tell me the changes I could make in my brushing technique to both reduce plaque and reduce the damage I am doing to my gums. She took the time to do my cleaning during my first visit and to recommend an electric tooth brush to try. She also used a tool to measure the amount my gums have receeded in order to track the progression and limit continued damage through the previously mentioned change in brushing technique. I highly recommend Dr. Knowles and I will be sending my boyfriend to her practice!

Lisa and her staff are great, customer service oriented, gentle, and respectful of their patients' needs. Helped my two school-age children overcome their fear of dental care. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Dr. Knowles dental office to consider for your dental routine visit, consultation you need regarding dental issue, or wisdom/impacted teeth extraction. Dr. Knowles, Heather and the rest of the staff are very professional, compassionate, and easy to communicate with regarding any dental issues you might have, they explain the whole process to you, and guide you through the right decision/practices to improve your oral health. You would observe the professionalism, the extensive experience, confidence, and highly patient care skills when you visit the office.

Dr. Knowles and her staff are kind, professional, and simply the best! I have never had such attention and thorough care before from a dentist ever. I also really appreciate the concern for the environment given where possible. I do not worry about going to the dentist and I know I will be taken care of very well every time.

I love this office!! All the staff is so friendly and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Knowles took the time to teach me better dental care techniques and answer all of my questions. They also made sure I knew what my insurance covers and were up front about the cost of what wasn't covered (which is definitely appreciated) I'm so glad to have found this office and highly recommend them if you're in search of a new dentist!
