Dr. Hashem completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Texas A & M University - Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He continued on to receive his Master of Science in Oral Biology and Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine- University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ.
Giving back to the community since 1996 has been an essential component of our philosophy. We have been active supporters of our local schools, students, Churches, charities, law enforcement, and many other organizations.
In 1999, Dr. and Mrs. Hashem founded 'OperationSmile Savers, through which, Dr. Hashem treats the dependent childrenof Law Enforcement Officers & First Responders who lost their lives in the line of duty, at no charge.
Dr. Hashem and his family are animal lovers. They have Sixadorable fur babies: Mama's boyOreo, angelKarli,sweetZara, Piper the hyper,Millie Moo. AKA SillyMillie, the escape artist & Scooby doo, the cutest dog ever!

As the Operations Manager, my job is to managethe staff and to guide the day to day operations at Hashem Orthodontics. Im also the primary Treatment Care Coordinator at the Colleyville office and I oversee all insurance and financial matters for our patients.
Meeting a new patient who is excited about making a change in their life is exhilarating. So, in my role as the treatment care coordinator, my job is to guide our new patients through the process of beginning their orthodontic treatment. Im here to answer their questions about the proposed treatment and to help them make financial arrangements that best suit them.
What I love most about my job is watching our patients smiles change for the better. The work done by Dr. Hashem and our team truly changes lives, for the better! In my role as the lead orthodontic assistant, I supervise our clinical staff to make sure they do the best job in taking care of our patients. I also assist Dr. Hashem on regular basis. We have a wonderful team and we always have fun doing our jobs. I love being part of the Hashem team that creates long-lasting, spectacular smiles! I really enjoy working with our patients and seeing the transformation in their smiles.
Im one of Dr. Hashems orthodontic assistants and I have been in the orthodontic field since 2008. In addition to assisting Dr. Hashem, Im also in charge of ordering supplies and making sure our offices have everything we need to take care of our patients.
Working closely with our patients is my favorite part of my job. Dr. Hashem and our team create beautiful smiles for our patients. I have seen the positive changes we make in our patients lives. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy face when the braces come off.
