Harwood smiles was extremely accommodating and so patient with my special needs daughter. All the way from booking the initial appointment, Dr. Hill listened to all my concerns and took the extra time to listen about all my daughters challenges. My daughter is autistic and teeth cleaning is hard for her. Dr. Hill really made a connection with her and did an amazing job getting her to focus on her and explain everything she was doing. My daughter was happy and comfortable during her whole visit which is such a big deal! Highly recommend!!

I have never recommend a dentists office to anyone before, but I 100% recommend this one! Dr. Hills is amazing. The entire staff is. They are friendly, patient and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and accommodate your needs.

Dr. Hill and her team are awesome! Great first time experience and I haven't been to a dentist in several years. Communication and pricing was honest and transparent, it is clear they care about us, as patients, first and foremost. Will be easy to keep up regular appts with this team!

Patricia H is amazing! I don't like going to the dentist but she made sure that I knew what was going on and had NO pain. The staff in the office are just as great too. I really appreciate how flexible they have been. I've walked in without an appointment and they have made space and time for me. Thank you for being so awesome.

I used to be extremely afraid of the dentist but being Dr. Hill's patient has helped me over come that fear. I now actively make appointments when I am experiencing any pain and know that I will be well taken care of. Billing is very open and I know exactly when and how much I'll be paying. Making appointments is easy. They also work with my phobia of needles by being patient when I'm scared. Most of all I leave with clean and healthy teeth! They have taken care of my numerous cavities and cleanings with no problems.

Last year My husband was in pain so we called our previous dentist for an appt to be seen Over the next week. We called several times and left messages Yet no return call. So had no choice but to look for alternative care We happened to notice Harwood Smiles as we were driving by Stopped in to enquire. To our amazement we were so warmly welcomed by Gabby. Then Dr Hills personally came to the reception area and spoke to us. Another level of amazement My husband was seen right away. Third level of amazement This is something that is missing - attentive listening to understand without judgement and compassion. We received such professional service on a very human level. The office also has a peaceful relaxed energy - yes - this is a medical facility. A dentist's office is one of the most feared places for most people - not Harwood Smiles. Another level of amazement - the follow up after the dental work. Such a personal touch Fast forward one year plus to yesterday My turn for dental work for a deep cleaning After having the memory of the 2 weeks of pain from the previous dentist following a deep cleaning. I no doubt had concerns. Calmed myself by saying to myself "this is dr hills" all will be well Taking into consideration my very sensitive gums the deep cleaning with the numbing shots and cleaning dr hill was absolutely amazing and intuitive to my body My appointment was at 10am I was able to have a late lunch at 3pm. No pain nor discomfort nor bleeding Again. Amazing. Anyone out there who needs dental care - consider this office. You will be taken care of no matter your situation We love you Dr hills
