Dr. Harville and her staff are wonderful!! They listened to my concerns and help me come up with a great plan for my complicated mouth. I highly recommend her!!

What kind of place makes you pay $150 for a replacement retainer, then when you drive an hour and fifteen minutes to your appointment that THEY SCHEDULED, they are not even open? Apparently Harville Orthodontics. I drove my friend Sky to her appointment today and we arrived at an empty parking lot and a locked door. No cancellation text or email was sent. When we called to try and figure out what was happening, we got an answering machine that redirected us to their social media. What kind of reputable business notifies patients through social media? I'm assuming they were referring to their Facebook, but they did not specify. On Facebook they posted an update 2 hours before we got there about being closed 3 days from now for Memorial Day. No update for today. Google maps says they're open. Facebook says they're open. Apple maps says they're open. If you're going to run your business through Facebook, at least have it updated correctly. We've been waiting here for 30 minutes since her appointment time and still nothing has changed. I guess we're going to call and reschedule Tuesday since they already have her money. If you're looking for an orthodontist, please don't give these people your money up front or you'll be stuck. --- Edit: My original review was a one-star review, but when my friend came to her new appointment they were exceptionally nice to her. They also refunded her $150 without her even having to ask. They also changed her contact info when she called to schedule that appointment, even though she had already asked someone to change it when she scheduled the first appointment that she went to this year. All in all, we can't be too mad because in the end they did refund her money and give great service.

If I could give less stars I would rude staff and Dr Harville is incompetent. She says one thing and then next visit says something different and states she didn't say it even after she was recorded saying it. She does not allow parents in while doing procedures and expects a child to answer medical questions. Terrible service.

I don't know why there are a few reviews with under 5 stars. This is THE BEST Orthodontists place EVER. The staff and Orthodontists are SO KIND AND SWEET, they truly listen to any concerns you may have and explain/talk to you like you matter to them. I will never take my kids anywhere else. Im guessing a lot of people love it here too because I ALWAYS see cars with out of state tags . My daughter is 14 and she loves Harville (she said she only ever had one older lady, hygienist maybe, be grumpy at her, that she only had her once and other then her she loves all the people here, and who knows maybe she was having a bad day) And I think that is very telling because how an adult treats a child when other adults aren't around is the most telling of the integrity in this office. I know my child is not only safe physically but emotionally as well.Thank you Harville and DeBow Orthodontists!!!!!! We love you all!!!

The office staff, dental assistants and dentist all are extremely professional and polite. They make sure you understand everything before your visit and are helpful with all questions you may have. I would recommend them to anyone needing speciality dental care.

This was our first time there and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. So glad this is my daughters orthodontist office. Will definitely be recommending this place to others.

My daughter loves this orthodontics office! We have never had an issue with any of the staff, never a long wait time, and the employees really treat you like they've known you forever. Also, her teeth look amazing. it's like a different set of teeth. We are so pleased with these guys!
